Heh. I have no Nexus friends, but even if I did, I'd still vote for SiteBot. If ever it became sentient and decided to take us out, all it would have to do would be to break out some cheat mods... How'd you like a cute lil robot sitting outside your town/village/city with a Gatling MIRV?

Cheat mods ARE a part of this community. It is unfortunate that you do not seem to like this fact, but I have just as much right to post about cheat mods in Mod Talk as you have to dislike it. MORE THAN 80 MEMBERS HAVE VOTED IN THIS POLL. NONE of them seemed concerned that this thread was in the wrong forum. And as far as spamming the Forum goes, ONE post on this thread in just under two months does NOT seem like spamming to me. Also, judging by the fact that three other members posted here BESIDES YOU, I'd say that there is genuine interest in this thread. So, while I'm sorry you dislike this thread (though obviously not enough to ignore it entirely), the interest shown in it since it was bumped seems to outweigh your negative opinion. Oh, please, PLEASE tell me this is still in the works, or even finished by now. Cassidy was the MAN. Also, as far as ideas go, if he wanted to explore the Midwest, maybe he got captured by the robots from Fallout Tactics, and stuffed in a cryotube. Maybe have an underground base full of bots you have to kill, and a lot of empty cryo tubes, and have Cassidy in one of them.

I'm kinda new to modding. I've been doing it for personal use ever since New Vegas came out, but I've only put out one mod so far, to make the Dead Money companions essential. Therefore, I would appreciate it if someone, or preferably a very LARGE group of someone's, could look over my mods and tell me if I've made any inadvertent errors, and to check compatibility issues. There's already an artillery shell projectile. While you probably couldn't fire it like a mortar,( i.e. set it up on the ground, drop the shell in, and launch it) you could probably fire it from the hip. Just aim up.

Yeah, I use console commands AND cheat mods. After all, if you've already beat the game, why not?

Well, I couldn't find any traces of Quicktime on my computer. Hmm... Kind of sounds like a memory leak to me. Are you running Win7 64bit? Have you tried purging cell buffers regularly?

In order to help, first we need to know what game you are seeking to mod. For the Fallout games and Oblivion, in the game install folder is a folder named Data. Mods for these games go there. Also, most of the files on this site are compressed, so you need something like 7zip or WinRAR to extract them.
