  1. Nahh...Make more mods of nude genitals, anime faces and huge bouncing tits, we need more of those. That's what this game is all about, after all :P
  2. Is anyone working or planning to work on, a third person animation for an SMG like Millenia's Kiparis or DeadPool2099's Grease Gun for example? It would be nice to see these guns with proper 3rd person animations and it would pave the ground for other types of guns to be created and work as they're supposed to in 3rd person.
  3. I started changing the outfits of some of the NPC's in Windhelm so that their clothing seemed more reasonable to their climate, but for some reason there's one npc that isn't affected by the mod. At first when I tested it it worked for him but after I started a new game he apeared wearing a full suit of leather armor(including helmet). That's neither the outfit he used without being modded nor the outfit I added for him. I'm using TES5Edit to acomplish this and when I looked him up in there only my mod was affecting him. I tried deleting him from the mod and adding him again, delete his outfit so that he might appear with the vanilla one but nothing works. It's not extremely important but I'd like to sort this out. The character is "Kjar" a sailor in Windhelm. He's usualy at the docks inside his ship. Anyone got some advice?
  4. Wow Thanks a lot :) Finally a helpful comment. I'll do that :)
  5. You purposefully half-ass your settlement building, and then complain when you don't get enough score? Isn't that kind of like when you purposefully only do half your homework, and then complain when you get a 50%, or an F, on your grade? If you aren't giving people enough resources to satisfy their needs, what do you expect, other than for their happiness to match their living conditions? That's called "realism." Oh my god dude, seriously, if you can't be of any help why comment on someone's post just to be a dushbag? No it's not called realism, it's not realistic, anywhere in the world, for one person to take care of the needs of an entire comunity, let alone dozens of them. Settlers should be able to take care of themselves. But enough of this, I came here asking for some help with a mod or atleast someone who could point me in the right direction by telling me how I could mod that myself, not for some jackass to start arguing with me about the way I play. This wasn't about getting 100 happiness with every settlement or anything, just to keep it stable, instead of constantly dropping.
  6. Good way to start a comment... I build settlements because I like creating something that has a post-apocaliptic look and feel to it. I never build a single turret, I only put people on guard duty. Most of my settlements are supposed to be small and have people living in crappy conditions, because, you know, it's a post-apocaliptic setting after all, having a place to cover you from radioactive rain, even if you have to sleep on the floor and having a group of people who can cover your ass is better than most would have it in such a situation. Only a few of my settlements have shops, enough beds for everyone, enough defence and so on. Places like Sanctuary, The Castle and 2 or 3 others. Those are basically the "main settlements". I never worry about those, they are supposed to be like that. Another thing to consider, I use mods that raise the ammount of settlers, so, for example, in Sanctuary I have around 50 settlers, in The Castle I have 30, other places have around 10-15 some a few more. If I play by the game's rules, which means, doing the things you just said, I won't have the same experience. But then again, if I do it the way I want it, I'll keep loosing settlements because the npc's are designed to behave like "economic migrants" instead of "refugees". They don't act like someone who feels blessed by having a more or less safe place to be, they want to have 4 meals a day, indulge in their materialistic needs and feel 100% safe all the time. That's why I asked for such a mod, so that I can roleplay the way I like. I find a safe place, build a tiny shanty-town that looks realistic, with a few houses, a few beds, some food, some water, the basics for it to look like a place where people can actually live(put some folks working so that it looks like the settlers are actually the ones organizing the place) and that's it, go on in my merry way, scouting, looking for food and ammo, running a few errands for folks who can pay me, like everyone else who is living in Fallout is expected to if they want to stay alive, instead of bitching all day long and expecting a single person to give them absolutely everything  It makes you wonder(in a roleplaying perspective) how were all of these people able to survive on their own till they became adults
  7. Any mod out there or any modder who could make a mod that stops settlements from loosing their happiness? Or atleast decrease at a much lower rate so that you don't have to constantly be worried about each of your 20 settlements all the time, where in each one of them the 20 settlers who live there can't even be bothered to raise their own crops or get their own water. They should be more than happy about having a place to stay in the wastelands.
  8. Self explanatory I think :) Someone that can remove the teddy bears from The Pack's armor set. Both the chest and leg part.
  9. Lol dude, you're constantly advertising :P
  10. Is it possible for anyone to make a mod where you could mod your armor pieces in the armorsmith table in a way that you could add or remove certain parts of them? For example. The leather shoulder\arm armor, you could add\remove the elbow pad and the bracer. You could decide if you wanted just the shoulder part, or the shoulder with the elbow, or just the elbow or just the bracer. I think it would be pretty cool and it would give you more chances for modding your equipment. Also, perhaps there would be 2 versions of the mod, one where it never changed the base armor rating of the piece and another where it gave more or less armor rating to it(depending on wether you crafted more parts or removed them). I had this idea when I saw that the metal armor had elbow and bracer in the light version and shoulder and bracer in the medium one. Why not have the bracer aswell in the medium version?
  11. The Survivalist Rifle from Honest Hearts, yes, but that's because it's based on a modified version of the AR-15. a ".50 Beowulf AR-15". Which the typical magazine tends to carry between 4 to 10 rounds.
  12. Fallout is supposed to have a mix of old, present and futuristic guns, that's what's cool about it. Unfortunetly for us, Obsidian seemed to be the only one who actually gave a crap about that and filled New Vegas with tons of different guns. Bethesda gives us a ping-pong paddle instead -___-'
  13. A version without the leg pouches would be a plus as well.
  14. Anyone else feels that the Raider armors in F4 are just extremely exaggerated? That they reach the level of ridiculous? If you have doubts of what I'm talking about, then look at this : http://66.media.tumblr.com/a90eac3872b14aa0b53d8ed39917c950/tumblr_inline_nyuboeVRY21s3ca0o_540.jpg or this : http://vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/fallout/images/4/4a/Trapper_Armor.png/revision/latest?cb=20160620215352 What the hell Bethesda? Who the hell comes down with these ideas? They're neither cool nor intimidating, they're simply something that makes me laugh every time, EVERY time I see a raider armored up in this crap. On the other hand, the old raiders looked like this : http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/fallout/images/1/1d/Raider_Armor_set.png/revision/latest?cb=20101220003737 They have that mixture of Punk and Tribal. Low on armor, making them relie mostly on swiftness of action(which is good for hit and run tactics, something a lowly organized force usually relies on). They have a menacing look but simple at the same time. It's cool to see a special raider, like a gang leader to have more overrated armor for shock value and intimidation(more than actual defensive worth). But most raiders are nomads not knights. They are constantly on the run, marauding and fighting each other(in theory atleast), that post-apocaliptic-punkish-indian look fits them way better :) Besides, who would actually be able to walk in one of the previously mentioned armors? Or who would be able to see with a Disciples helmet? Seriously, who invented this? Anyway, anyone planning on bringing the Raider armors from the previous Fallout games into Fallout 4? Both from the vanilla F3 along with those from the Pitt as well. I've seen some atempts to introduce something like that, but they where just mixed up elements from already existing stuff in Fallout 4. What I'm refering to is something made from scrap. Is anyone currently doing or planning to do something like that? Also, stuff from this artwork also looks pretty awesome and down-to-earth ;) http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/fallout/images/a/a9/FO4_Raiders_Art_Book.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20160104190830
  15. http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Service_rifle "Behind the scenes The service rifle is based on a cross between the AR-15 and the AR-10"
  16. Opinions... ^^' When I first saw the new sentry bots I automatically remembered the Hunter Killers from the Terminator. They're something that allways leaves me unconfortable when I see one. The previous ones where just like any other robot. Small and simple. https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/54/9d/2d/549d2d4c51157ba50a996932c280661b.jpg Seriously, the F3\NV ones just look like weaklings in comparison :P
  17. Millenia made some really awesome guns in New Vegas(in my opinion, better looking than anything in F4). Let's just hope he works on simillar projects for F4 as well :)
  18. I know, I'm just shooting ideas also for anyone who may have the know-how and the time(and the interest) to invest in something like that :)
  19. The synth can be found only at the top of Libertalia sorrounded by his men, I say leave him exactly the way he is, probably only changing his outfit so that he no longer look like a typical raider, but as part of the other faction.
  20. Then perhaps eliminate the ones in Libertalia and create new npc's for that zone?
  21. I wish Fallout 4 had as many weapons as Fallout New Vegas. That game had lots of awesome looking and realistic guns. Fallout 4 has less guns, even with all the DLC's. And some either look extremely similar(pipe guns, combat rifle\shotgun), or they are just wierd\pointless. I mean, seriously, a ping-pong paddle? Even the harpon gun and broadsider are a bit over the top. Where is the pump-action shotgun? Where is the light machingun? Where is the assault carbine? Where is the fireaxe? The chainsaw? You wait so many years for a game and when it comes it just has a dozen guns. That whole thing about mods giving you 1000 different guns is just total lunacy. Placing a scope on a pistol doesn't turn it into a completely different weapon. Besides, weapon mods already existed in New Vegas.
