  1. I know that at least aspects of this have been requested before, but not sure about all that I'm going to request. First, bring back the hardcore mode of FNV. Just the simple hunger/thirst/sleep, the mods that added in all the extra things, like carbs and calories, are just tedious. Also, give all items a realistic weight. I understand that not all items have a real-life counter part to see what it would weigh, but a lot does. This will make it so that you can't travel the Commonwealth with 10000000 caps, 40000 rounds for 10 different guns, and the holotapes would be best left at home if you don't need them at the moment. Also, make food not heal and re-introduce doctor's bags to heal crippled limbs. As far as settlement building, I think the scrap list should be reworked for some scrapable items, like the cars. Why do cars only give steel? Shouldn't they give oil and rubber (if they have tires on them still), and cloth from the seats in them? Also, make power armor found in the Commonwealth more rare. It makes absolutely no sense that I can find a set of power armor with a FC just feet away from some gunners or raiders. Why didn't they acquire it? The PA that's locked up could stay, plus some that's harder to get to, but the ability to find a couple dozen sets just laying around it ridiculous! Then there's the X-01... did the Enclave have a presence in the Commonwealth? maybe remove the level requirements for what type of PA spawns and find a lore friendly place to get the X-01, probably not until after I'm sure there are others with better ideas on how to have it make sense that the X-01 is in the Commonwealth. I know that some of these ideas will have to wait until the official modding tools are out, but some, such as the weight adjustment, can be done with FO4Edit.
  2. You should contact the Project Commonwealth team as they are already doing a settlement/game overhaul. Their mod is already good and I'm just waiting on the GECK/CK to see what they can really do.
  3. And if you are wondering, it doesn't get rid of the quests, just shuts him up. You can still get them by wandering into the settlement that needs help, or from Freedom Radio.
  4. So what you're saying is, you want to be able to take a vertibird everywhere, not just found map markers? Can be done, but probably not until the GECk comes out, as I remember a "fast travel anywhere" mod for FO3 or NV, an't remember which one.
  5. There is a mod that does that, can't remember the name of it, but if you search power armor hud you should find it.
  6. I really hope you are joking on the last part of your post, seeing how this is probably the 4th or 5th request I've seen for fusion core recharge (the 1st was within a day or 2 of the game releasing).
  7. This would be great! and the game already has a mechanic to move a fast travel marker within a settlement, maybe that can be built on for this type of mod once the geck comes out?
  8. Haven't seen this requested yet, but can we get an option to track all our owned power armor frames? I know the game can track the most recent one you exited, but I found that I've misplaces a few.... It can be like the settlement supply lines so that when you hit a key, it turns on the power armor locations on the map. can even make a cheat version that marks all the ones that you can find.
  9. searching night vision brings up several mods that fix this.
  10. I would love to see this too. maybe even use the Mr. Handy fuel?
  11. are you using any mods that affect any settlement areas? if so, then you are running into the power armor reset bug. only real way to fix this is to not use any found frames, and just use the bought ones, or leave your PA outside of the settlement cells. Only mod that I know of that affects the cells without causing the bug is Spring Cleaning. Until the GECK is released, there isn't much more to be done about the PA resetting. If you don't have any mods that affect settlement cells, then I have no clue why you're getting the reset, but the fix may be the same, try using a bought frame and see if it still resets.
  12. Get FO4edit, find the strings that aren't localized, and localize them (by localize, I mean edit them to be in the correct language.)
  13. There are a couple immersive fast-travel things built in, but they contain spoilers...
  14. Sounds like he may be bugged in your game. I gave him a 10MM, and put him in some road leathers
  15. I know there are some gurus out there when it comes to making a script for xEdit programs, I was wondering if it was possible to make one that when ran would search through the loaded mods, and then make a merged patch for the settlement mods. Could even be extended to armor mods, PA mods, weapon mods, etc.
  16. After moving him to one of my settlements, I was able to give him weapons and armor and make him equip them...
  17. Found what you were looking for I believe. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4351/?
  18. Ok, worth a shot. I'll load it up in fo4edit and see what I can do
  19. scrap the bed and build a new one? Dunno if that'll work...
  20. I believe project commonwealth gets rid of the settler limit, and adds in more settlement objects, gets rid of object cap, and a few other things.
  21. Once the creation kit/geck comes out, I plan on starting a BoS overhaul mod.
  22. Project Commonwealth has a cat that you can add to settlements
  23. You mean main workbench? Is that stored in workbench junk works only in that settlement where you store that junk or anywhere? If not the idea of recycling is still actual. Bcz you can carry all of components with yourself. And there could be locations when there is only chem lab for example. And crafting there will spend components from your inventory. So, recycling junk and carry all that components with yourself and free some weight are still actual. Yeah, the main one. The junk and food inventory get shared between any settlements that have a supply line. Or at least it's suppose to work that way, but my nephew says that it's not for him. I verified it worked for me by taking all the junk out of the Red Rocket workbench, placing it in the Sanctuary one, then setting up a supply line between the two.
