  2. This is something I really don't understand why it isn't part of the base game (like so many other things) There is a mod that let's you strip mods from vanilla weapons, can someone make a mod that let's you strip mods from every weapon (also custom ones)?
  3. Hey guys, the mod "Agony" adds some cool animations to Fallout 4, but they are broken. When an animation from the mod is played, the equipped weapon is displayed ripped in it's seperate parts - that's ugly af. Would it be possible to force the game to un-equip weapons during animations from Agony? Would anyone know how to do that and help me with it? Also, can you speed up animations?
  4. Tbh, my biggest wish would be that someone reverse engineers Fo76 and brings many engine improvements, features and the whole worldspace (then filled with quests and NPCs) to Fo4. Fo76 won't be what we want. They could've made an ESO like game, but with mods and stuff. That would have been great. I think we will get nothing of that.
  5. Scripted reloading is one of the last things people don't want to touch because there is no satisfying method (i.e. no method that doesn't break too many things or is unstable af.) Much like prone animations^^
  6. Imo it's so unimmersive that Nora has exactly the same start as Nate. I would love a mod that changes this: Nora should still take the baby Shaun. She is the mother after all! When Kellog comes into the vault, he should knock you (as Nora) out. While drifting into Nirvana, you see Nate fighting with Kellog for your Baby... BAM.

  8. I want the Titanfall 2 armor that has gloves by default to be "gloveless" Like this: https://imgur.com/a/unabZqD But when I load it ingame, my characters arms are just invisible. As far as I understand, I have to add arms to the model - but I cannot find some. So does anyone have arms meshes for third and first person and male and female? Vanilla models, no cbbe or else. (or, if I am wrong and don't need them, can you tell me how to do it properly?) Edit: Don't need the files anymore, already did it.

  11. That's what I wanted - the armor is a different file. For this one, I only want the helmet (so I can wear it with the armor ingame). I removed all other meshes now from the nif and it still works (exportet it normally) This is how my file now looks: https://imgur.com/a/JVJnpGd And this is how it looks ingame: https://imgur.com/a/qVxZ4xw You said if I remove all the other meshes I should export it with references - I just exported it (without the reference option). It still works, so am I fine to go or do I have any downsides to expect?

Do I add the armor nif and take one specific from that? And how do I copy a bone? Edit: I tried two different bones, painted it all red and this is how it looked in game: https://imgur.com/a/gg013es The helmet is floating on a completely different position somewhere beneath my character. EditEdit: Ignore above, edited before you responded.
  15. How do I paint it solid red? It paints it solid blue in my outfit studio and I don't see an option to change that.
  16. In this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15571/ You can equip a helmet to your hip. I like that. It's immersive. I tried to do the same for the Titanfall 2 armor. Moved the helmet to the position I think it should be (in outfit studio) and made a simple armor with that file in CK. But when I equip it in game, this is what happens: https://imgur.com/a/0581b3G It moves around and deformes (the lower part gets longer and longer) Can someone help me to make it static? It just should stay in place, don't move, don't deform.
  17. Or you could introduce a system only for updates. Not endorsements but kudos or likes or whatever. I agree that the endorsement option should be more prominent - but that's only one issue with the new design imo :X
  18. I am using a mod (survival options) that lets me quicksave anytime, anywhere. It feels cheaty but is necessary because of the high amount of mods and connected crashes. Yet still I'd love to have a more... immersed experience while saving. I'd love when I push the quicksave button, my character puts out the pipboy and uses some kind of save option there. A holotape maybe? So when you have a different holotape loaded, he first needs to put it in - if it is already in, he just needs to make a new save in it.
  19. I would really love if you guys added a system to endorse mods more than once. There are mods that were once great and deserved my endorsement at that time. I'll won't take it away. But I feel the system is a little bit unfair towards the modmakers that always update their mods - sometimes small fixes, sometimes big content updates. Wouldn't it be cool if we could endorse them again? Don't you know the feeling when a cool update comes out like "Man, I already endorsed, voted, and so on?" Of course this would need some kind of abuse protection...
  20. I know there is the hotkey mod, but I like the favorites menu from FO4 - I just need more slots and maybe different layouts. Would be cool if someone could make that.
  21. Yeah I wished we had that for FO4... Problem is - animations. Not only would you need tons of animations for the vanilla weapons, but each mod author would also need to make animation for his/her weapon mod.
  22. Mhhh tbh, only because this week was very poor on mod releases. I mean all these hotfiles are HD texture mods... Congrats to him anyway.
  23. Nope. Like his screenshot shows, he (and me) wants a rack that is more for storing weapons that showcasing. Remember those movie scenes where soldiers running past racks and grab their weapon to get into the fight?
  24. You should take a look at Gasmasks of the Wastelands and ask the author how he did it.
