How do you turn off the new shader?

I'm dealing with something very similar. I currently have SMIM, ELFX, Vivid Weathers and Skyrim Flora Overhaul installed. I am not sure which mod is causing this. Closer look...

Unfortunately all the voiced lines from the radio are mixed in with the lines from the npc interactions. I was hoping to find them separated as well as the confident versions and unconfident versions from the radio.

I am having same issue!

I am having this problem now too... cannot change background of my mod "Old World Radio - Boston" and it's very frustrating! I will not publish till this is fixed!

I just want to know where in the world can I download FOV4EDIT???
