No problem, had to do the same thing when a mod was clashing with Elder Lyon's speech at the beginning of the last level and my previous save was 5 hours back lol

Most times this is caused by a missing master file, if you enabled compatibility patches without having the mod it fixes that is most likely the issue.

It depends on the mods and commands really, quests and making epic fights using console increases it. I can't think of anything that decreases it.

try modding the ini and find ugridstoload change it to 7 I had the problem too and I think that helped a bit.

Could be possible if you use BS assets, could probably even make the trains work. http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/17684 is similar to a open metro but I don't think one exists yet.

Had this issue on a few different games, validate through Steam if it doesn't work exit Steam and re-log.

You could save it as 3ds then get 3ds max, get a plug-in to turn it into nif and use the CK to put it into the game?

That's usually a high-res texture pack issue, I have the same issue in some areas (dungeons mostly) where surfaces would be black, I have 4gb of RAM

I have the same issue with GECK for New Vegas and Fallout 3, happens almost all of the time...very frustrating.

Try ticking update esm in Nexus Mod Manager if it isn't ticked already, if that doesn't work try deleting you Skyrim esm and update esm and validate again, the new files should fix it, and try running as admin also. Also if it's just the mod giving the errors you could just disable that esp and/or esm file right?

Verify integrity through Steam, should fix it right up.

I wouldn't know about ini tweaks but maybe starting a new game could fix it? Sometimes patches can mess some stuff up, another thing you could try is to make sure you have SKSE and run it from the skse_loader.exe as many mods require SKSE.

I'd try disabling deadly combat, that might fix your issue.
