I do have a mod like that but i just installed the legacy dependendecy along side the new version

So trying to figure this one out but running into a wall, all my mods load fine, neither FOMM or FO3Edit detect any conflicts, and yet when i load via Loade FOSE like it's not detencting my mouse pointer and going to the main menu and the FOSE icon never shows up it just keeps looing the intro slides. Any thoughts
