Yeah, and I'm just annoyed with how the stores are, it makes trying to set my raider stores inside a building awfully difficult. :(
-
Anyone working on getting better store options than the silly stores that they give for raiders?

No idea what I did, but has anyone had this happen? Only appears on right arm pieces and happens regardless of what else I wear. I don't know where I messed up... http://i.imgur.com/mjwiaCb.jpg

SLM doesn't work for Curie for me. Though it works for just about everyone else, with exceptions to a few settlers :C

I can't tell if it's humor or not, but I can at least understand his frustrations. The game has a myriad of flaws and personally, like him, I'm trying my best to enjoy it. Though the method by which he used to request for a mod to improve AI, well.. If there's humor I don't see it. :C

I think the vertibird needs missiles or dropping fatmans, but then It would just annoy the s#*! out of me when I'm facing one. >.>
-
It is possible, but it looks like it requires some level of mod work. The problem with some settler heads or NPC heads is that they are completely different heads. Like Curie's own. Until someone makes a mod where all npcs are tied solely to the basehuman models that we can do our own changes. There's been mods that change Curie's looks, the same concept should be applicable for your situation
-
The problem with the Vertibird isn't exactly a health issue imo. Look it flies, it's not meant to be a flying tank. Taking the shots it took to be taken down is entirely plausible. The problem with the vertibird lies with the stupid limitations it has, for one a railshooter and for two, how terribly underequipped it is. Really a side mount minigun is nothing. Raiders have mini nukes, missile launchers and all that! So on a realism level, either tone down the ground unit weaponry or severely increase the firepower of a vertibird, miniguns aren't a huge deal, they really aren't. especially when you can only fire from ONE side.

Warhammer 40k pls Not just retextures no, in fact I really dislike how big and clunky the entire power armor looks. To be precise, the head and shoulders are far too high up and the head feels too big. Personal taste really, would love to see something more scaled around the size of Warhammer 40k styled armors. XD

Shadowrun? *Snickers* There's some theory going on, where Elder's scrolls and Fallout share the same universe, what with the Nirnroot being found in Brotherhood's Prydwen, the suggestion that Elders scroll came after Fallout, way way way after. Worth a note that it is a possibility, not a confirmation, for all we know, it could just be a simple easter egg. Regardless, what Raney said is right, you need not tie yourself into the current universe if you don't want to, if it works with a new universe, a new setting that the overhaul is done for, go for it! Speaking of which a shadowrun universe would not be too far fetched to tie into Fallout >.> <.< Just saying!

Shields, dual wields, more melee animations, more melee weapon types, more melee weapon mods/ shield mods. Everything Melee! \o/

From the sound of it, chances are it will be highly possible to do with Creation kit release. Look at how far Skyrim has gotten since it was released, the best part of all this is the fact that the modders already have a lot of experience with Skyrim and as such, familiarity makes it easier. A lot of mods thought not possible without CK have been done through workarounds already, by far from the looks of it, Fallout4 will be huge once CK is out, that is if one does not already consider the current modder base to already be huge XD. In short, the modding future for Fallout looks bright, unless of course Betheseda does some massive changes to CK that ends up hampering things, that is unlikely but not impossible. I'm sure roadblocks will be met on a technical level either way, though I am most certain the modding crew will find their way around any obstacles! From the various forums I've seen at least, people have been busy on so many aspects of the game, I can't wait for CK to be released and the flood of great mods to arrive. Would love to see so many things, dual wield, shields and all the neat stuff to hopefully be made and applied to a new levelling system. In fact I would very much prefer to see the old FO3 style of levelling and a game world that ties in to this new system with karma and all that. I miss being a bad person and blowing up Megaton :C

I need a home a real home not a settlement
Enubis replied to gunslinger6792's topic in Fallout 4's Discussion
Even in Concord, there's like mostly decor buildings without possibly entry, and those buildings that you can access without loading times? They are either wrecked to crap on the second floor or have similar issues so no :C As for parking lots, I'm talking about the multi-storied ones like in Lexington or near boston commons. Though you'd likely need to do a settle anywhere mod to get that done, unsure how pathing would work on that one for npcs. -
I need a home a real home not a settlement
Enubis replied to gunslinger6792's topic in Fallout 4's Discussion
Risky is a non issue, I mean if it gets raided, sure I'll come defend. I tend to go through my playthroughs with only 1 settlement. Too many feels like a huge hassle =X A roof area? How about one of them parking lots instead? Lots of space, though you probably need to cheat engine to get rid of building limitations and stuff. What I'm also miffed about is the fact that I find places where there's some nice buildings but when I go upstairs, the floors are either broken or something along those lines >=o I don't want to use the settle anywhere cheat though, they seem to give problems to settlers and pathing too. :( Personally I want a small apartment building or the likes in the city area and outdoors. Love the danger, love to see my settlers defend for their home! -

Enubis replied to gunslinger6792's topic in Fallout 4's Discussion
Man I totally want a freaking settlement within the city area. The only one I found is Hangman's alley and even that has a ton of problems with pathing, not to mention the ridiculously small space to build in and the fact that one of the raider houses can't be removed. Ugggghhh #annoyed. -
New shop models (independent of shop level)
Enubis replied to FabioGross's topic in Fallout 4's Mod Ideas
There's two of such in nexus already, one where the shop is a mat and the other is like an object to be placed on a counter. Can't remember the exact link but do look it up. -
The forged by far is the only unique raider group I know of outside of unique named characters whom I normally assume are high rankers. Never heard of raiders wiping one another, mostly overhearing them talking about how one of named raiders got killed when I kill said named raiders. Though at this point, making them unique would be neat for starters? I feel at least. not have the raider tag, except maybe along the lines of (Insert gang name) and dress them a little different. Though it may require a seperate faction ID to put them into, cause I believe raiders are dressed from a random list across the board with only a few exceptions. I might be wrong though!

Just an idea of mine really, while I'm not a modder and this isn't really a request since it's impossible to before CK, I'm just wondering if how many people would feel the way I do in regards to this. Raiders. Love em' or hate em' they are one of the most commonly seen enemies in Fallout and at the same time, there's some awesome bits and bobs you can hear from them when you are near enough without getting their attention. To me, it is very, very strange, that all the raiders fall under a single banner. Essentially, if such is truly the case they would be the one uniting Commonwealth under their ironfisted rule, just look at their numbers, they are all over the place. That, in my opinion is kind of meh... As such, I thought, to myself.. What if raiders aren't unified? But what exactly does that mean? Raiders become more like street gangs, they answer to one leader in their little bases. I personally feel this would be a little more realistic, and do pardon that this is purely my opinion on the matter. With that established, what could come out of it? 1. A more chaotic Commonwealth, even more conflict can arise from this. Raiders fighting each other! 2. Separating raider gangs could give them unique names, heck, unique uniforms even. (They don't necessarily have to be UNIQUE, more so they dress differently, which by itself is not hard with how much attire variations we're getting.) 3. Being able to join one of the gangs? Settlement building can come into play here, and instead of building settlements, you are now creating more space for your gang. 4. This could even apply to frigging scavengers and others, even super mutants and Synths, well the abandoned ones of course, or lost ones. 5. Raider patrols would be a nice addition, they could be patrolling nearby as to look for supplies or victims, they could clash with one another, they could clash with you. This is just a very basic idea, but all in all, I'm curios what everyone thinks of this. I mean, this is a hell lot of work and personally, I'm just finding something fun to discuss about until CK arrives and all the great mods can come in :D. P.S. Current mods are awesome too but C.K. Will enable the lovely modders to do even more amazing work!

Not the power armors no! I'm here requesting for raider armors, especially the upgraded ones to have the face guards or whatever removed if at all possible! Raider leathers, requesting maybe a skimpy or topless version would be neat, for females at least, the males get it topless. Regardless, I'd love to see some variance to raider leathers / armor pieces, much like the harness redos by Calyps. Much love to all you modders out there those who did check and view my requests and did them so <3!

Repopulation mod! Add more settlers/raiders everything but not just add them to the game but make them travel so there seems to be more people! It may require C.K. more radiant quests are added! Survival mods, hunger, thirst, weather effects like the one in Skyrim! More armor variety that's for sure!! <3

Well, to be fair, It's at least a decent game on my part. I have my gripes about it, I feel that a lot else could be done. I don't so much have an issue with the bugs/glitches and graphical side of things, mostly due to the fact I know that it's how it is. Not just because it's a Bethesda game, but it is a huge, very very huge open world game where almost anything can happen. With so many interlocking possibilities and such, bugs and stuff will definitely surge. Polished, is pretty much ridiculously difficult to attain for an open world game to such a scale. My biggest gripe is how the settlement building feels tacked on, but also how the game feels dumbed down on a lot of factors. Conversation being one, and I believe it is due to the fact the protagonist has a voice now. The main story feels underwhelming and forced, to the point I have no interest in any of the main factions, heck I sunk in 216 hours and I haven't even bloody completed the game. I personally have more fun running around alone, or with one companion and just trying to pretend to be a raider or something as a low level. Since after getting too high a level, I woulda killed too many raiders and cleared too many bases of enemies.
