so I could login but I can't update...
and some mods can't install... there some XML errors on it...
You may want to check the github link, there's a new update over there which may fix that issue.

I'm kinda hoping that even if it is online, it'll feature mod support. I mean, if the carry Creation Club over, mods should come too.

Hi Ezekiel20,
You should take a look at our news post found here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/news/13481
This is likely why you are having the error.

In response to post #60506737.Hi Fielran, thanks for the feedback.Fielran wrote:
I like this system in general, and I think it has the potential to boost the community especially as computer parts and modding tools become available in the store. I have three minor suggestions.
1. The default DP permission should perhaps be "contact me." Defaulting to "allowed to use" not only makes it look as though people have given permission when they haven't, it makes it hard to tell if someone has actually given permission deliberately.
2. I'd like to see a permission option whereby people can use assets in for example a conversion, port, or patch and gain DP with permission of the author of the original mod, similar to the asset use option "Other user's assets".
3. It would be useful in some cases to have an option to give a share of DP to another mod rather than a mod author, so that DP given to that mod would be split among authors of that mod. Particularly in the case of large mods with multiple authors, the proportions for authors on the original mod could be changed when someone joins or leaves the team without having to contact everyone who is sharing DP individually to ask them to change their proportions.
1. We've noticed this too and are looking into it.
2+3. We already allow other users to be opted in if you check the page here: https://www.nexusmods.com/modrewards/#mods You can adjust percentages with other mod Nexus users. -
For the first point, are you pointing to the NPCs via specific reference, or unique actor? If the former you need to reassign the duplicate as the alias.
Having the target alias unfilled will mean the book doesn't appear, so fixing the above should help.
The follower thing sounds like you have the dialogue conditioned wrong.

Hi AJStoner,
The Nexus Mods website and forums are moderated in line with our Terms and Conditions which all members agree to upon registering.
A specific quote that applies to such topics is:
Content that can be construed as provocative, objectionable, discriminatory, or abusive toward any real-world individual or group, may be subject to moderation. This includes but is not limited to content involving politics, race, religion, gender identity, sexuality, or social class.
Generally these kinds of topics descend into a flame war, which adds no value to the community and increases workload on our site staff to police it. As you aptly put it "It’s a privately owned site, they have the right to decide what is and is not said here" and as such the site owner has full editorial rights and is not obliged to host any content they do not want to. This isn't a restriction on your freedom of expression though, as you can create your own blog or discussion forum for these topics elsewhere on the internet.
You posts makes you seem like an intelligent but frustrated person and I don't necessarily disagree with all the things you said on a broad scale, however airing these topics on a forums about video game mods is not a solution to any of the problems you mention. That is something you should probably discuss with your local community and elected officials.

In response to post #60350682.We do touch on cases like this in the Terms of Service for the system found here: https://help.nexusmods.com/article/68-donation-points-system-terms-of-serviceReneer wrote:
I get what you're saying. You're right, it looks to be a flaw in the system. If the Nexus staff deem it to be "gaming the system" they will deal with it.
But the system itself is designed to be very difficult to 'cheat' as it is. -
About Endorses: Is the Nexus Endorsement Reminder tool working ??? I noticed a drastic decrease in endorsements for my most popular mod in the last weeks, its not common.............. =/
Can confirm it is indeed working. I get the reminder at least once per day myself.

Hello everyone,
I like this idea a lot and it makes me want to contribute on a monthly basis. As of right now, I am a lifetime premium member and the only option to donate seems to be picking a monthly premium subscription.
Will my lifetime subscription continue being active if I decide to cancel the monthly payment later down the line?
Apologies if this has already been asked.
Another way you may want to consider donating is gifting premium to your favourite mod authors?

In response to post #60322336.In the case of Skyrim to Skyrim SE ports, it would be sensible for the original author to setup the new mod page and allow the "porter" access to it. That way they hold the cards in terms of DP if they so wish to.3aq wrote:
This is just my 2c on this topic but..
I feel there is something missing in this new DP system.. That being mods which are purely ports. Shouldn't there be some sort of royalty % attached which will be transferred to the original mod authors? I know it may just be me speaking, but it seems wrong that the original modders aren't being presented cut for these influx of ported mods (some of them which haven't even been altered from the original).
For good or bad, I have a feeling this system is opening a deluxe sized can 'o worms.

In response to post #60325966.Yes, on the page where you share DP, you can click the link above your mods that will show you any DP that's being shared with you.steve40 wrote: Question for Dark0ne: if we choose to share DPs with someone else, will they be able to see in their wallet who shared them?

In response to post #60308196.We'll be looking into this kind of thing as the system develops :)Vanguardascendant wrote: Awesome. Worth the wait. Quick question that I couldn't find an answer for on the FAQ. Is it possible for mod users to donate $ directly to the pool? Or would we have to sign up for premium memberships, knowing that a portion of our membership dues will go to the pool?
Thanks. -

Looks like it was intended for games that we don't hold mods for. I've merged it into the main games forum and deleted the category. Thanks for the feedback!

I had this issue myself a few moments ago which was solved by uninstalling my video card (1050 TI) and rebooting the PC.
The error itself relates to a ban communication between the video card drivers and DirectX
