Usually does, just with the executions I think it starts the timer from the start of the execution, so a 2 second is advisable to account for this.

One way that worked in both Oblivion and now Skyrim was to continually jump while moving side to side. It actually works better in Skyrim because of the sheer number of rocks on which to jump.

Have you tried wearing light armour bracers/gloves and boots that are enchanted to give a health bonus with the robes and hood?

A mod for this would be welcome and the Mer children if possible would be good. BTW, does anyone know what is with Braith? Two Redguard parents and yet not the slightest hint of that...

Is there a way to fix up the quests involving the Forsworn with the console. eg. The Temple of Dibella Inner Sanctum quest, where the Forsworn abduct the girl. How could that work if the forsworn are freindly?

I would suggest that if a modder were to include this, the damage recieved be entirley cosmetic, nothing more. It should not affect the armor rating or weapon damage in the slightest. Possibly the worst part of Oblivion for most players was the constant need to repair armor and weapons so that I can actually do some damage. It was tedious and you were screwed if you had no hammers in a deadric plane of Oblivion.

I don't think magic is a good explanation, my character is a thief/assassin and has as much magic in it as a bucket of milk and in Star Wars it makes sense because of how loosely related the different races can be and how far you can travel(One Starsystem on monday, one on tuesday etc. not enough time to learn the language), in Tamriel everyone that is in a given country is very very likely there for several years already(in other cases I have nothing against them speaking another language, like when they just arrived) and will have learned the language by now. I would simply consider it a step back, because it would make the beast races even more .... outsiderish or however you want to call it. So in KOTOR they use the Force or whatever. In Skyrim your character is Dragonborn and thus has the soul of a dragon and can understand use Draconic. If somehow this was magicked so that dragons (thus Dragonborn) can interpret all of the mortal languages because of their being almost on par with the gods, this could work.

If you dont want those speech options then take the thing off. If the developers made it so that same sex marriages were possible why should you remove them? They dont alter anything about the game except for a speech option that can simply not be selected and conversation dialouge which can be easily skipped. I have one word for you .HOMOPHOBE

Your characters height does match with NPCs of a similar race and gender. The only reason you appear to be shorter is because in 1st person, you are viewing from the characters eyes, not the top of their head.

It could legitimize the claim that Olaf One-Eye was Numinex in human form encountered in the Bard's College storyline.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Probably the most tedious aspect of Oblivion was repairing broken items. The damage is a great idea but it should only be cosmetic and have no effect on stats or the armors defense rating.

The thing about mods are, that they don't have to be lore-friendly at all. That is the beauty of them. Mods are made to enhance the experience of the player so if someone wants to say, make a cult of Talos or something with I don't know, purified daedric armor (aedric) then they can go for it. I'm just suggesting this because I thimk it would look amazing to have even a recoloured and textured daedric set, just because it looks awesome. I can't make the mods, so I can suggest them at the very least. I appreciate your idea but if an idea is valid, it shouldn't just be dismissed like it's nothing.
