  1. I know this is old, came across it while trying to find something else. What Shimo said is true. This goes for ANY custom race. 1. Open the custom race esp in the Creation Kit. 2. Search and open the custom race by 'Races' in the Object Window. 3. With the race window of the custom race open, search for the Keywords section in the Object window. 4. Once there, either type 'ActorProxyNord' (or 'ActorType' and then whatever race directly after) in the search bar (without quotations) or scroll to find it. 5. There's no need to open this, simply drag & drop it into the 'Keywords' section at the far right of the 'General Data' tab. 6. Profit.
  2. Same issue... I've never needed this before now. Don't see it anywhere. Bummer. edit: Search 'gash' in headparts
  3. If I can ever get the ModKit working, I'm doing this. Posted on CDPR's forums asking for help in fixing Modkit, but until then... If someone can get the assets for me, I'll start on it ASAP.
  4. In response to post #37075675. #37456550, #39455175, #39455205, #45517170 are all replies on the same post. Amen to Gawdzila. I love playing with textures, don't get me wrong, but as far as the game itself goes, Witcher does not need mods. I've never played a game so detailed and beautiful, with such a lush and heart wrenching story. However, Skyrim is just plain ugly. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love Skyrim's story. But without mods, it would have died long ago (Bethesda knows this, otherwise they wouldn't have released SSE). The Witcher shouldn't even be put into the same category, and even mentioning modding it to other people, they look at me like I'm crazy. CDPR knows they're the s#*!, so releasing more extensive modding tools just isn't their biggest concern, especially considering very few people would actually use it. In comparison to Beth's games, anyway. But that's just my opinion. I'd love to see a better modding tools, seeing as these don't work for me. But I'm not going to attack CDPR just because they have bigger concerns than the modding community. They created incredible games, with an incredible gaming engine. I highly doubt anyone who's played the games will disagree with me there. We should just be happy they did this much.
  5. My custom follower is naked, and I'm getting this error. So not all NPCs, that I know of... Just for her custom race. I only need the custom race to use the custom skin I made for her! Someone, please help with any solution for this!
  6. Naturally, no one replied to this. I'm having the same exact issue. After installing WICO for SSE, I immediately had a grey face for a majority of the NPCs. Loaded last on the list, aside from RSChildren (as advised). That isn't the issue, however. I went in, and exported every single facegen file for every single NPC, wasting A LOT of time in doing so. Now I'm having the issue with completely different NPCs. Uthgerd is the main one I have noticed. Literally no NPC replacements loaded. No facegen data. Nothing. I have loaded earlier saves to far before the problem occured, yet the problem persists. I'm at a complete and utter loss. Other than to completely redo all the NPCs in-game, I have no idea what to do. And that may just make things worst, for all I know!
  7. For people running across this thread, looking for the same thing: SC Hair Morrigan hair included in this pack (although it resembles her Inquisition hair more). Also, armor: SC Witch of the Wilds
  8. This fixed my problem, thank the Gods. I've been dealing with this issue since day one, but always just figured it was on my end. It was frustrating having to constantly find workarounds, and honestly, I'm amazed this worked. I'm known for having horrible luck with everything. So thank you, thank you sooo f***ing much, to everyone who has contributed to this post.
  9. One of the many reasons PC gamers will always go back to Skyrim. It can always be improved upon with mods, and therefor will never get old. Them releasing the Creation Kit was by far the smartest thing any dev has ever done, and are now adding the ability to add mods on consoles and straight through the game itself (of course, all my consoles are covered in muck, and being horribly neglected, so that doesn't really apply to me). Honestly, I never thought the day would come. Figured all game developers were only focused on making their dollar. I love Bioware (fangirl status), but they're really losing out by not adding this function, as Bethesda has. If ME:A doesn't have something in the way of a creation kit, I'll be truly disappointed.
  10. Well there are different "types" of skin, for instance "rough", "wrinkled" etc. Usually skin texture mods use the young/smooth one. You'd need to choose all corresponding "pieces" or types of that skin (highlighting a face part, and then choosing "type", or pressing "T" on your keyboard) in order for it to show up properly on your character. If you've already started a character. and don't feel like starting all over again, you can access the character creation screen during gameplay through the command console by pressing the tilde ( ` ) key, and then typing "showlooksmenu 14" without the quotations, pressing enter, and then pressing the tilde key again to hide the console again. Proceed as you would in the prologue. edit: The young/smooth skin is usually the second option of each face part. For instance, Chiseled 2, Prominent 2, and so forth.
  11. Hi! I know this was, like, 4 years ago and all... but would you mind sharing how you achieved this, if you remember? I'm so sick of spending hours upon hours skimming nexusmods for small chested companions. I tried just downloading men, but there aren't any. Tried creating my own follower, but that ended in tragedy. Being a nearly completely flatchested female, its annoying constantly seeing breasts the size of my head, OR BIGGER! I'm so frustrated with the gamer population. Thanks in advance!
  12. You need to download CBBE Bodyslide, and if you're not using a mod manager like Mod Organizer or Nexus Mod Manager, get one now. I've never used MO, but I hear it's more complicated. At any rate, after you get a mod manager, go download CBBE off of Nexus. When you go to your plugins section in the mod manager, you'll see a plugin labeled something like "CBBEmorph", make sure it's checked. It should work then. I found this post while looking for ways to get sliders to work for custom races, so I'm not sure about that. However, it'll work for regular races for sure. (I know this is old, but maybe someone else will need this info). Edit: so for some reason I totally didn't see the other pages of replies LOL. MY B.
  13. Ugh there has to be a simple solution to the slider issue. I'm trying to add sliders to an already made custom race. I mostly use sculpt to accomplish the look I'm going for, however that doesn't work for the eyes. Otherwise, the eyelashes end up in the wrong spot of the eye and I'm so freakin' anal. An answer for this would be awesome! Thanks in advance. (I'll probably find a solution for this tonight, but I figured I'd go ahead and bump this just incase)
  14. I know this is super old, but if you're still interested then I just discovered http://m0ckin9bird.tumblr.com/post/126683186356/unp-viking-armors-30-first-raid-armor-settlement
