You also have a lot of sexlab mods, they might conflict with the marriage quest. Did you read how to use the script cleaner on the main page of the mod? Also use del broken actives and you should see two buttons, click on them one by one, then backup your save.

NMM can't handle big mods in size and it crashes, time to move to Mog Organizer and have a more pleasent experience.

Why don't you have hope to complete your mods?
