  1. If anyone could add Home Plate and optionally Vault 81 to the companion "send home" list that would be wonderful. Not sure if there are any other non-settlement player homes.
  2. I'm going to bump this just once since it got pushed off the first page so quickly when I posted it... but if nobody else is interested then that's fine!
  3. I'd love to have actual FAMILIES in my settlements instead of just a bunch or random unrelated adults. It may or may not be possible to make an actual family move in to a settlement together in FO4Edit, but even if there were just child-model npcs that still act like adults as far as the scavenging/food/etc are concerned but don't have family ties, I'd still be grateful.

  5. I would love to have both Dogmeat and another companion at the same time. I've always played Fallout games that way, even if it was with the help of a mod. Can anyone make this happen?
  6. I was actually thinking about making this mod for my own personal use, but I'm not good with the CK. So... since it's winter break and most of my friends are off doing things this week, I will try to look into this in between Civ 5 games. But if anyone else actually knows how to do this and wants to, you probably should because I'm not very good at this.
  7. So, I would do this myself, however I don't know how to make a command for horses to go to a specific place, and I wont have time to look into it for another month and a half. I would like to have a "ranch" type home, with crops (or alchemy ingredient crops), goats, chickens, cows, etc. And horse stables that I can send my horses to. I think a four-stall stable would be nice. The house itself I don't care too much about, but a bed and some containers would be nice. If anyone would care to do this, I'd be grateful. And if not, I understand. I'm willing to be more specific if someone actually wants to try it and needs ideas.
  8. I'm sure most people know by now that the Whiterun Stables is missing their stable horse (the unsaddled one). The horse is in game and has the name Karinda. My guess is that she was supposed to have a quest related to her, but it never got put in. I like having named horses, so I just spawned her in my game and use her freely, but if someone would make some story quest or something to be able to obtain Karinda or at least get her back to the Whiterun Stables, I'd be extremely grateful.

I'm going to guess that most people don't want to use this method, however if you just want a horse that wont keep trying to return to a stable/camp and don't mind spawning one, you can spawn Karinda using the console. She(?) is the color of the Whiterun Stables horse and has no saddle. She doesn't exist anywhere in the game as far as I can tell, I'm guessing she was originally going to be part of a quest or something (since Whiterun Stables is the only stable with less than 2 horses) but never made it in. Base ID is 5F865. If you type "player.placeatme 5F865 1" into the console, without quotes, it will place her at you.
  10. 1. The OP already said they tried this and it doesn't work. 2. That wont stop a horse from wandering away back to its set "home" location. I could be wrong, but I believe you'll have to wait for CK to come out to actually be able to change this. I've tried changing the factions of horses and other random stuff, but they always end up wandering back to their homes.
  11. There are two bedrooms upstairs if you have all of the upgrades. I've noticed that sometimes when I first buy the upgrades, I have to go in, leave, and re-enter for everything to show up.

  13. Didn't find a way yet, eh? I'm not sure if my mods are messing with it, but half the time it works and half the time it doesn't, so I kinda gave up on it until CK is released.
  14. In your case, you can lead Meeko right outside the building/area/whatever you're working in, click on him, and type "tai" without quotes to toggle his AI, and he SHOULD still be there when you come back after your assassination or theft or whatever. then just "tai" again to get him moving again. You dont even need to tell him to wait there, he'll just freeze completely.
  15. This is what I want... I talked to the Imperial quest person on one of my saves, but I haven't done any of the quests yet because I really just... don't like either choice.
