Doing a bit of screenshooting lately so it's sucsm 2 (or more) for the camera speed, tfc or tfc 1 and tm. Hitting the up arrow key will repeat the last command. Didn't know about Timescale, I will try that.

SSAO adds shadowing effects to add more realism but at the cost of performance. I disable both it and DoF because they reduce my game to a stuttering crawl. But I still get nice colour and lighting effects. I played around with those settings again this morning and for some reason, neither one of them are affecting my load times. My fps is hovering at 25 but load times are normal. So there goes my theory. Not sure why that is. Temporary glitch? The only way to find out for sure is to get in there and tinker with it. Both DoF and SSAO can be enabled/disabled in the enbseries.ini file. Even while the game is still running, Alt+Tab out and Alt+Tab twice to get back in. Make sure you pull up a menu first otherwise you'll get the double cursor bug. And be sure to back up your original enbseries.ini file. I finally got one of my characters to the point where she can go one on one with draugrs. More than one, not so much. While clearing a nord ruin, she gets charged by at least a half dozen assorted draugrs. The first lines up for a power attack, which triggers the Quick Reflexes perk. I launch Unrelenting Force. Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuus...Rodah! They go flying back butt over teacup in slo mo. The wall trap behind them activates, and like a well timed pinball paddle, slams a few to the wall. The rest bounce off the far wall and get pounded on the return swing. Good 'ol FusRoDah. And speaking of Darwin awards, there were a few times where I thought I had UF loaded, but ended up launching Whirlwind Sprint instead. :facepalm:

I found that DoF increased load times for me. Turn that off if you have it on and see. Disable SSAO if you're fps is too low.

Those are painfully slow loading times. I see you disabled SSAO. Do you have DoF (Depth of Field) enabled? If so, turn it off and see if that helps. Since you asked for a ENB recommendation, I'm currently using Vibrant ENB (no shaders, SSAO and DoF turned off). It looks great with no performance hit. Another one I have my eye on is JENB. He has a performance preset based on ENB 0.108 which I think is worth looking into. It doesn't have the fancy stuff so it should be easier on the system. And if you like playing with ENBs like I do, get yourself the ENB Customizer. Just makes life so much easier.

The only fix I know for that is to alt-tab twice.

I wasn't counting the number of downloads or the percentage of people who may use those mods. I was attempting to demonstrate the number of sexy/nude mods compared to the total number of mods currently available on skyrimnexus. Since the OP complained that there are so many, I had a look and it seems to me that the claim is a bit exaggerated. But, yeah, there are other ways to approach this. Let's take CBBE for example: It currently shows 819,862 unique d/ls. There are 4,243,553 members according to the network stats. Comparing unique d/ls to the total membership, that works out to 19.3% of nexus members are using, or have used, CBBE. The next popular body mod is UNP: 8.6%. Better Males: 6%. And so on. There are many ways to interpret the numbers. And I don't know if the membership number is for skyrimnexus or the entire nexus site. I suspect the latter. If so, the numbers will be higher. But I feel like I'm veering off into the weeds. :smile: I just thought it would be interesting to get some perspective on the issue.

I was curious so I crunched a few numbers. As of today on skyrimnexus, there are 16,973 uploaded files. Assuming that mod authors correctly tag their files, a tag search for sexy/skimpy turns up 659 hits. That works out to 3.9% of all mods include sexy/skimpy armor and/or clothing. A tag search for nudity turns up 384 hits. Which turns out to be 2.3%. And, oddly enough, a tag search for sexy/skimpy and nudity turns up 250 hits or 1.5%. As for crowding out the top lists, out of the Top 25 I count 3 obvious nude mods which works out to 12%. And of the Top 100, I counted 10, or 10%. Not exactly a scientific study, conclude what you will. In a game like skyrim, it should come as no surprise that there will be all manner of mods that may offend some sensibilities. The good news is that these files can be filtered out and no one is forcing anyone to use them. Personally, I happen to like skimpy and nude mods. Sure, some are a bit over the top for my tastes but to each his/her own. I don't think I could play this game without them.

I never got the whole achievements thing either. Are they supposed to unlock extra features or something? Do you win a prize if you collect them all?

Those Riften guards mean business and not just for a few hapless thieves either. While there during two separate play throughs, Maven and her granddaughter get involved in some scuffle. I never did see what caused it. But the end result is Ingun ends up dead and Maven has a running battle with the guards. She can't die but she goes down for a few minutes and then resumes the fight. This went on for an hour or so (game time). In one episode, Hemming got into the act. Between the two of them, all the guards ended up dead. Then as suddenly as it started, it's all over and everything goes back to normal. I can understand weirdness like that happening once, but twice? Fascinating to watch though.

Maybe try Migals Housecarl Beauties. Among other things he's changed: "None of them walk like a male bodybuilder." Migal is an awesome modder, one of my favs.

I got a little burned out after a while but then I discovered ENB, so I'm a little obsessed with that right now. And animations and face creation mods. Taking a lot of action pics now too. @Bhanqwa lol Exactly right. :biggrin:

Those quests will come back after a while. But in my experience they just send you off to re-do the same ones.

Based on the choices given, my first impression was to for the warrior. Can't go too far wrong with a melee character. But then I checked your links and the archer really stands out. As long as all the relevant skills are high enough, it looks like it could be a lot of fun.

After you return the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller and the Greybeards finish the initiation ceremony. When you speak to Arngier, there should be a speech option "I'd like to learn more of the voice." Or something to that effect. Click on that and then you'll get the option to ask about word walls. I've played with and without the USKP patch and I've always been able to get a word wall location.

I never loot civilians or bandits I haven't killed. I'll read their notes/journels and then put them back. Bandits get to start first, then I finish it. Never hit a man/woman when they're down. Lug around a 10lb pickaxe so I can mine every vein of ore I see. Go swimming when it's warm and sunny. Always get an early start before dawn. Always disarm before entering High Hrothgar and bow to Arngier before leaving. Whenever I'm at the Winking Skeever, try to flirt with Lisette.

I had at least one mod that wouldn't work till I started a new character. And some mods require you to leave the cell and re-enter. A lot of mods now require the latest tesv version and some need other mods to work. There could be a conflict with the load order so maybe running BOSS might help. Are we talking some mods or all of them? Were they installed at the same time? What I would do is start with one mod. Read the authors notes and user comments. If it doesn't work or something breaks then ask a question in the mods forum. Most mod authors are good at responding to user questions and no one knows their mods better than they do. Once you get one mod working, then install the next one. Rinse and repeat as necessary.

I'd like to see an animation mod where you take the guard in a friendly headlock and say: "My friend, you must be new. Let me educate you. I am the Drag on born...." While rapping on his helmet for emphasis. Followed by a swift boot to the behind. :tongue:

I liked it. The mixing, editing and recording and playing was top notch. I hope to hear more.

Currently at level 63, the highest I've ever gotten before crashing and burning.

This makes sense. I suspected driver/graphic settings but wasn't sure. I'm still at 1.5 and my game was freezing every other day. Turned out that I had AA and AF set in game AND video card properties. So I set the card to handle it as per the nvidia guide. That seemed to fix it, or so I thought. Now the game only freezes every week or so. Better, but still.. I wasn't aware of the 301.42 update, and the S.T.E.P. link is a great find. You guys are awesome. Thanks. :thumbsup:

I cheat a wee bit to stock up on daedric arrows. For those critters I most definitely, absolutely have to take down in one shot. I'm looking at you, chaurus reapers.

Just thought I'd pipe in on this. I've had steam offline for over a month, no problems at all. When you start, it gives you the option of going online or continue offline. So it's easy to switch back if you want. I see no drawbacks, it's all win. Still at 1.5 and waiting on USKP.
