Hi dungeonfighter 123. What is the clock speed of your cpu and can it be overclocked?. Skyrim is not that cpu intensive as many other games,And my best advice is to install it on a ssd disk (which you probably did already) should shorten load times quite a bit. How many mods are you running and what is long loading times for you ?? I got a laptop with a I7 3940XM (3,9 ghz) overclocked to 4,3 which is a very rare feat for laptop cpus + 2 nvidia 675m gpus in sli and are not troubled at all, Of course when entering interior/exterior cells for the first time after boot takes a few seconds, you cant really expect the game to load in a few seconds, By all means it has to load a lot of plugins. in my case it takes about 6-8 seconds to get in-game, 4-6 seconds exit/entering things first time after that max 2 seconds loading screens. running it on ultra high/ w.high-res texture packs/realistic lighting overhaul and about 110 other mods. imagine running this on ps3 or xbox360 ha ha SCARRRY :laugh:

I use the ufo mod mostly to have followers guarding my no less than 12 houses , They cook , Clean and babysit my children. Especially vilkas who won 1# price for best cabbage stew in whole Falkreath (yummy) Im always accompanied by at least 2 protecting me on legendary setting, But none of these silly lolita manga types which totally ruins immersion.

Easy question there. Who else makes games like this Answer : no one My Skyrim is tweaked and altered beyond recognition that i sometimes forget how the vanilla version looked like. TO ALL console owner " get a gaming rig and get a new life " ive been living in Tamriel for over 10 years now and im never coming back to earth. The load order stuff ???? Do you mean you used Boss and sorted the load order or what ??? Also make sure to read the description of UFO mod, Did you remember to dismiss all your followers before installing it ??? Use boss and see if it mentions any conflicts with your other mods,or maybe missing patches.

just install Morrowind and oblivion outside your C:Directory and they should work just fine, A bit of problems now and then when modding these games because of the UAC control on Vista and 7. Would be awesome if bethesda spiced up the graphics in Arena,Daggerfall games.

Hmmm Weird they should not bust up. Maybe you need a reinstall ??? one advice would be never to install to many of the same kind of mods. I think you should start over, Unistall everything , Reinstall Skyrim legendary edition, install Skse , install NMM or Wrye smash, Install 10-20 mods, Check if you can get in-game , install boss and run it , install tes5edit and clean what boss tells you . if you do this the proper way youll have a smasher time with skyrim, also got the legendary edition and it crashes about 2 times a week with about 120 mods i would say BEARABLE :smile:

I read somewhere that the alternate start mod could cause the game to crash try disabling that. one safe way to troubleshoot is to uncheck all your mods and see if you can get in-game,uncheck all of them except Skyrim esm and Update esm. If you get in-game try enable them one by one to find the one causing trrouble, I had the same problem as you before i started using boss and tes5edit and it always worked for me by the way is this steam or a non-steam version ??,do you run the game as administrator ?

No for gods sake dont clean the unofficial patches and that goes for Skyrim esm as well you could destroy the game DONT CLEAN THOSE. I know it sounds odd, But Bethesda dosnt clean their own addons but they dont leave any dirty edits that might cause conflicts if youre only playing Vanilla style with the dlcs i guess theyre a bit lazy sometimes :down: Follow the automated cleaning tutorial for the Update esm. dragonborn esm , dawnguard esm and hearthfire esm, read the boss log and follow the same procedure for your other plugins that needs cleaning. Sorry sorry just a suggestion its sometimes pretty difficult to know excactly what people want. you do have quite a few companion mods so be sure to read their compabillity descriptions when you install them. im no whizzy either in cleaning mods but i learned it from this guide here http://www.creationkit.com/TES5Edit_Mod_Cleaning_Tutorial also try the hard way by unchecking your other mods one by one to see if that works. Just trying to help

First download Boss (if you have not already done that) Read the log it will tell you which ones that needs cleaning. try open the console,Use the pointer and click on the follower,Type disable and see if they disappear.

Its defenitely one of your mods causing problems, I dont have many of your mods myself but i know the problem of CTD after the intro screen. I dont know how much experience you got but you did use boss w.c to the intternet and cleaned your mods with TES5EDIT right ? also try using the unofficial patches for Skyrim,dragonborn,dawnguard and hearthfire. uncheck all your plugins except Skyrim(of course) , update , dawnguard , dragonborn , hearthfire , the unofficial patches (remember they have to be loaded right after all the esms) See if it get you past the intro, If it does wait until the game auto-saves quit and try the plugins one by one to find the culprit of your crash. :smile:

Try killing them. Choose the dialogue : command, Importance , essentiel and see what happens when you kill and resurrect them again. If theyre set to essentiel you can just use the console command Kill/resurrect OR JUST SLAUGHTER THEM AND THEY WONT BOTHER YOU ANYMORE :devil: I have this mod too and it works perfect AWESOME MOD. Did you remember to dismiss all your followers before installing this mod and are you using TES5EDIT to clean them ?

Hi ulfric nice to meet afellow stormcloak :laugh: I read your boss log and to me its obvious why your game crash. According to your boss log you need to clean your mods with TES5EDIT (especially your update,dragonborn,dawnguard and hearthfire plugins) and check the ultimate follower overhaul mod, If you had any followers before you installed it you need to uninstall it again,Uninstall the mod,Dismiss all your followers and install it again. for the realistic ragdoll mod you need to check the description of the mod. Check the TES5EDIT cleaning tutorial guide here http://www.creationkit.com/TES5Edit_Mod_Cleaning_Tutorial And dont worry about the load order so much,As long as youre connected to the internet boss will automatically sort your load order from the latest updated list when you run it. I had this problem to once. Try waiting 5-30 seconds I Thought the quest had bugged but finally after 20 seconds the blackout occured :sick:

I would much rather see this divided into 2 rounds, first they should pick one game from each category action,adventure,simulation,rpg,sports etc. then they should pit these games against each other and let the voters speak. personally i think the elder scrolls games would come out on top,But the gaming culture also depends on which country youre from. Worlwide based i think skyrim would take first place, If this voting only took place in Denmark where im from,Im sure it would be a fps or sports game like FIFA 2014. I live in copenhagen and its nearly impossible not being smacked in the head with giant posters of GTA 5 or FIFA 2014 everywhere and if memory serves me correct i didnt see any of that when Skyrim came out. Well The elder scrolls games would always be my nr 1 because i get years of entertainment for my money, its typical for sites like Gamesnot to pick their own line-up so come on do a fair competition and let the whole world vote for their favourite Ill actually think that rockstar games would match up closely with bethesda.

Hasn't been necessary for over a year. The patch way back in Feb or March last year added LAA, aka. Skyrim can use 4GB...but actually only 3.1GB. and dragons wear undies ok ok youre right and im wrong Damn.

1.Join the college of winterhold 2.complete their quests until you done (The eye of magnus) 3. Speak to Arniel to begin the quest : Arniels Endeavor. 4. He has 4 tasks for you.; The 3rd and 4th wont trigger until you done with the eye of magnus quest. 5.You obtain Keening during the 4th and last task. 6.you should be able to get rid of keening after theyre all completed. I know this is a lot to go through (unless youre on the pc of course :smile: ) On the pc open the console and type : player.removeitem 0006a13c 1 Removes keening from your inventory player.drop 0006a13c 1 Drops keening from your inventory Hope it helps otherwise feel free to ask again.

you certainly need more ram. War zones uses a lot of resources, Do you have the 4gb memory patch installed ?. check your task manager and see if anything else is using your memory or try gamebooster see if you can find the old version (gamebooster 3) cause the new one is a bunch of twaddle :laugh:

We all get those. Random CTDS are just the way of Bethesdas fine programming. lazy bunch of devs dont even clean their own addons.

Hi everyone. Has anyone else experienced that their charachter is moving faster than anything else in-game. Im playing with a controller and if i press the stick all the way i can outrun everything by running backwards (LOL) And not really bothered being over-encumbered anymore. Im running Skyrim in ultra-settings with the hi-res texture packs and the realistic lighting overhaul mod and about 100 other mods but i cant see it tasking my cpu or gpu in any way at all :laugh: . Before i bought the legendary edition, vanilla skyrim used to lag pretty badly everytime there was a lot of brightness on the screen but now " swooosh. Im suspecting 2 mods to be the cause : Hialgoboost cpu upgrade and the 4gb patch memory to have something to do with it hmmm the makers of the mod claims that the hialgo boost mod is better than Sli or Crossfire, And if this mod is the cause theyre certainly right I mean well its almost to good to be true :ohmy: wheeee it took me 6 seconds to run from the gates of whiterun to honningbrew meadery. This is really weird.
