  1. hey, I would really like to pick Morndas up as my follower. but I have no idea how to get the quest that will lead me too her, and it appears that there is one. when I go to castle dungeon dour shes not there. There is shockingly little information on any of the interesting npc wikis, so Im not sure how to begin, and was hoping someone could spoon feed it to me? I can find her if I do a "Player.moveto (refid) then doing PRID (ref id) disable/enable, but one of the questions mentions a journal she stole, and I did not want to break a quest. Can anyone help me?

  3. Hey all I am using synth skin looksmenu overlay edit (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/35269) but am having trouble getting it to actually show up in game. I have all the prerequisites installed properly, and working, at least to the best of my knowledge, and I haven't yet identified any conflicts. Its just a texture, so im not sure that load order is applicable here, though the prerequisites should be in the correct order. I have used this mod successfully in the past, though I have noticed the mod author deleted an old file that *was* a prerequisite but was no longer needed for the mod im using. I messaged the mod author and havent got an answer back, as of yet. Google yields few relevant results, so I figured I'd ask the forum if you all had any ideas. Thanks so much for any help in advance. Edit: after finding a deleted copy of the mod and moving thing around in my load order, i was able to get the tattoos and face paint replacer to work, in addition to the synth line overlays. now all that I am having difficulty with, is how to get the body entirely white, as pictured in the mod.
  4. as stated in the above: Who has gotten Enderal: Special edition to work with creation kit? If you have, would you be willing to help troubleshoot issues i've been having in getting it to work for me? I have had similar problems with EnderalEdit, which, like creation kit, is not loading enderal plugins. I have seen, and tried following the tutorial regarding this inquiry provided on ESE Nexus to no avail. I know a lot of modders who help me trouble shoot these types of problems, but none that play enderal SE. There are a couple of changes I'd like to make to the game, that I can't make without creation kit. So I'm turning to forum help! if I could get these utilities to function, and make the changes I'd like to make, I would be delighted to share my work with ESE nexus. Thanks in advance
  5. as The thread states, I would love to see this in game location become a player home. I think there would need to be teleport scrolls, and I dont know what other changes. I despite the sureai creation kit hotfix, i just havent been able to make the creation kit work for enderal, so Im putting this out there and hoping something magical happens, lol. Thank you.

  7. Kind of a shot in the dark, but I have a couple of requests for enderal. Id really love to have https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/95892 this mod with its dependencies* removed so I can use it in enderal, and I would -love- to have dal mercers house as a player home. Normally, i could do that myself with the creation kit, but i have never been able to get the creation kit to work for enderal: sureai. if anyone can either help me with this, or make that possible for me, I can exchange labor for any of the fallouts, skyrim, skyrim special edition or oblivion. I would do this myself, but I cant get creation kit to work with enderal. If you have any ideas on how I -could- go about getting creation kit and the like to work for enderal, or what I would need to do to make these mod dreams come true, i would gladly share it with the nexus Any thoughts? Thanks everyone (the dependencies i want removed from this mod is dawnguard, dragonborn, hearthfire, etc. just the dlcs enderal sureai cant run the mod without db and dawnguard, and I cant run enderal with DB and dawnguard in the mod list, it makes the game cry)

Ive been trying to take some screen shots,for upcoming mods, but all of my posing mods have collectively stopped working and I gave no idea why. the the moment I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling them, verifying the game cache, taking them out completely, but nothing seems to make them play. I do >TFC >Select player character >playidle xxxx it -registers- as the poses being present, but they do not play. I have no idea whats happening or how to fix this. Does anyone have a clue?
  9. I want to make dal mercers estate into a player home, but I've never been able to get the creation kit to work for enderal, and I do not know how to locate the cell id for it. I do have enderal edit, and am confident enough with the editor to make simple changes, but have never done this kind of project with it. Does anyone have any ideas where I could begin?
  10. So, I know this is a long shot, but bear with me, and if you think you know the mod author responsible, please leave a link! I was looking through my mod folders, specifically my hair mods, and I noticed, I had a whole folder of wigs for fallout new vegas, and I have no idea which mod those come from! though i vaguely remember it being an optional file? Ive been going through the nexus and trying to figure out where I got these wigs from. all I have for them is the directory which is "_MySimsHair\ConversionPack3\KS\Wigs" This directory usually leads to megaton hairs by zzjay, but they did not include wigs in their files! some of the wigs even appear to be some of the hair from this collection. Im baffled, tho delighted with the wigs. Ive used them to make special hats with hair, and I'd love to include them in an upcoming release but cant do so without knowing what the original authors permissions actually are. does anyone know what this mod is? Pic is the hat with the wig combined. The hair is called "meltaway"

Im looking for high resolution retextures of all vanilla fallout new vegas clothing. the textures for the clothing are really small, and Im working on a retexturing project. ive looked through many hi-resolution texture packs but i cant find any for the clothing specifically. any ideas will help. thanks in advance if you have anything for me.

  13. I followed this https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/23556 guide and have actually found it to be awesome. My game is running smoothely and Im having a blast. But it uses enb. I dont tend to use ENB typically, because its a huge hassle. Currently, my game interiors -way too dark- im having to use a flashlight to navigate my home. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/18971 the moon palace is the housing mod i am attempting to use. This isnt a issue in every housing mod, only a few (aloots home base had the same issue. I also use fallout 4 config tool. I did reach out to the mod author of the modding guide i posted above, he told me which settings I needed to change, but I did not get the values. How do I adjust the brightness in my game, especially the interiors, with enb/config tool? shift tab doesnt work with the config tool as far as I can tell. so I have to use the config tool to change the brightness but I dont know how. This is so frustrating. Does anyone know how I should fix this? Thank you in advance for any help you can give me. edit: when I change settinigs in enbseries.ini they will briefly change to the desired setting the flicker back to the dark setting. Edit:: okay i got the enb in game menu to load, and messed with the "brightness" setting under "color correct"
  14. Hello! I am new to using blender, but have made retextures in th past. i would like to make a brand new texture for a mesh. I know a little bit about it, but I could really use a tutorial, that focuses specifically on how to make brand new textures. aside from SydneyBs tutorialon how to make armor from scratch, im having trouble finding any guidance specifically in regards to making brand new textures for FO3/FNV Does anyone know of a good tutorial, video, or even just 2009 era blender related texture tutorials? I have the texture info on the nexus wiki open. Where do i begn? Im using GIMP and a legacy editi Thank you so much in advance

So i'm going through the process of porting one of my mods too fallout 3 but everytime I try to open the npc window I get this error message "C:\projects\fallout3PC\BSShader\BSShaderManager.ccp. Line: 1996." before it crashes to desktop. I have searched this error but none of the solutions i've found has fixed it. But evidentally people have fixed it. Any idea what this is and what I might do?
  16. Does a type6m replacer of Miss Fortunes outfit exist, and if not, could one be made? I am creating show girl armor mashups based on Miss Fortunes outfit, I have a type 3 version of the outfit, a vanilla male version of the outfit, and a vanilla female version of the outfit. I need type6M versions of the outfit and (reaching for the stars here) Breeze/Robert patches for the male version of the outfit provided in this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/65656 I am learning blender, but my ability is pretty basic, and i havent learned how to convert outfits to different body types myself, which lead me to wondering if they already exist, and if not, could they be requested as a resource?   17. Oh hey I did find a male miss fortune outfit! But its vanilla male https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/65656?tab=files so it does exist! Im making show girl mashup armor based on miss fortunes outfits and a few others but I need to find the armor in all body types if it exists. But this is not the thread for asking if a mod exists.
  18. Okay I hope Im doing this right, but, I -swear- I saw a clothing mod recently that basically made the female clothing wearable for men, and vice versa. You know how in new vegas if you put on "formal clothing" and if youre playing a female character, its a dress, but you're playing a male character, its a tux? This mod basically make it so a tux was a tux no matter what gender you were playing as, and a dress is a dress. I am looking for a male variant of miss fortunes outfit to fulfil a request for someone. is that a mod, or did I dream that?
  19. i tried too, but it said "skyrim shaders" and was greyed out, I couldnt change it? Currently my approach is downloading the legacy edition of nifskope as posted by dubiousintent. Unless im looking for it in the wrong place. I could be. rendering this aspect of nifskope is entirely new to me.
  20. Okay heres my update. I re-exported the armor using my old settings and the vanilla skeleton rather then the skeleton i had been using (didnt realize i was using a diff skeleton). Now it appears in GECK! But when I put my armor on a character, it does not appear on any character. Thats the point Im up too now.
  21. when I try your method, i cant export and I get this error "ValueError: value out of range (71558)" What does this error mean, and how do I fix it?
