  1. Nvidia Support Update: https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5400/
  2. Response Links FYI: -Nvidia has listed this as an open issue: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/game-ready-drivers/13/502444/geforce-grd-52225-feedback-thread-released-101222/ -CDPR support response (how to rollback your driver): https://support.cdprojektred.com/en/cyberpunk/pc/gameplay/issue/2254/nvidia-gpus-in-game-map-looks-distorted-glitched-after-updating-graphics-drivers
  3. That must be it. I did what you did pretty much and then found this complaint thread on steam afterwards: https://steamcommunity.com/app/1091500/discussions/0/3646252110407258353/ You can rollback your driver to the previous one or wait for a fix I guess.
  4. Ah ok thanks! I"m looking for a scripter's brain to pick as I try and fix and finish this mod. Let me know if you or anyone else reading this is open to some questions, otherwise I will be over on the SE side!
  5. I'm getting back into modding again after a much long break and would like some help getting my scripting up to snuff again so I can finish an old Skyrim SE quest and house mod. My old machine died and I can't find the most recent pex and psc files backed up. Looks like this means they don't exist in the .esp file at all and there's no way I can recover them from out of the .esp file? I do have some other scripts I can refer to and possibly work from again in order to restore them to this mod, but I just want to make sure that getting them out of the .esp is not an option. (Also this forum is for SE as well right?) Thanks, wizardmirth My mods: https://www.nexusmods.com/users/402275?tab=user+files
  6. Just caught this now. You might recognize the voice actor they used. :woot: :whistling:
  7. This is great! I could have gotten into drawing at an early age but wanted to learn the guitar instead. And if skywind is full of artists then they must have gotten all the [concept] art done already even though it's still not released.... https://tesrenewal.com/skywind-faq
  8. If such mods could possibly exist please let me know: 1. My ship planet-side wants to drift fast, even on brake. 2. Resource gathering and money earns are all painfully slow or low counted. I want to unlock all features of this game. Any mods to help me get there within the next 10 years of real life instead of the next 100?
  9. Thanks, that's definitely it! By default (no login) adult mods are likely filtered out and I have 2 of them.
  10. When I am logged out and check the link I see that two of my mods are missing from the results. The tab says 15, but only 13 get actually listed below (the drop-down also says 13). For some reason when I checked while logged in the correct number gets listed. Link: https://www.nexusmods.com/users/402275?tab=user+files Am I using the wrong link or did I miss something else?
  11. Are there no mod authors who have something to share?
  12. Is there any reason for this other than new vendor entice? The new layout is quite atrocious. Not sure why they would need to mess with the mod author back end even, aside of course from the screen shots.
  13. I'm not sure what you're asking but you don't have to launch Oblivion with OBMM. And either you are using OBSE (use the special launcher) or you are not (use default game launcher).
  14. I remember playing TES 3 on Xbox One for the first time. Wow. Even PC modded Oblivion never quite made up for all the raw and awesome beauty of that game and world. Since then, I've played it modded on the PC in two separate installs with different mods at the time and they both looked great. I've not played Morroblivion - if its missing anything from the original then that would be a bit of a game breaker for me although I'd probably try it just to try it. Still, if I had to pick only one then I would go with tricking out the original game. Using a later engine might be good for some games, but Morrowind is rather special.
  15. Thanks so much, guys. I have been waiting patiently by playing other games lol. Still, when this leaves alpha, I'll be back in like gangbusters!
  16. Hey there, I am promoting my last updated Oblivion mod with a part 1 of a little short – only about 1300 words so far. This book can be unlocked in the mod when you complete the “Untaxing the Poor” thief's quest. Or you can see the latest revision of the story here before I add it to the next update for the mod: Black Horse Mailbox (tip: make your browser narrower to read it more like a book page)
  17. Hello! I wanted to make a page for mod authors to share their writings and art. This can be either to promote an existing mod, promote an upcoming mod, ask for feedback if it's intended for a mod, or ask for someone to add your work to a mod. You can post art for any game that has modding support. While this may be writing leaned, visual art is of course more than welcome. I will probably edit this top post as I go along but that's it for now. Please feel free to post any questions comments or content here! :D (I will index links to any work here.)
  18. Found it. It's from the Boston Airport Workbench Fix mod. It is indeed a separate file that you can uncheck.
  19. The one that turns the normal vanilla water pump into a 25 food and water machine? Is it possible to keep the mod (I think that's just one small feature of it) but remove that pump change??
  20. Neither mod in question uses the bashed patch and these were loaded both before and afterwards just to make sure. If you want to take a look, download BHC Expanded and see if you can get the 8 vanilla deleted references in the BHC basement cell to UN-delete in a patch file.
  21. Well nothing seemed to work so I just recreated new instances of the objects. There were only eight so it was not a big deal. See my latest Black Horse Courier mod if you want to check it out or see the changes. For some reason though, even loading it last, the deletions stuck.
  22. Actually NMM-Oblivion does work for most normal mods. However stuff like OBSE plugins or complex installs like OCO2 might require some manual install. And if you accidentally hit scan games and then cancel and go back then you will have to finish the setup. Oblivion should be their along with all other supported games, however, you may have manually direct it if the program can't find it. And then you have to manually check/accept or cancel each game.
  23. Sure, I slowly started packing on the mods myself over time and only mean “greed” loosely. It might not be the best word to use but I want to draw a distinction between what I think is actually needed and what might be considered an “extra” to enhance your game even further. For me FO3 and NV “need” a lot less than a game that has traditionally for me been one big generic sandbox world that does need many mods, and that's Oblivion. As for the world-building I've never really taken much stock in these things when it comes to video games. And I usually don't do quest mods for any game aside from the local DLC. The only thing I can say is that I do think this series is intended to be somewhat campy and relies heavily on 50s commercial and political nostalgia to give it that extra dimension of personality that it probably needs. I wouldn't go so far as to call it goofy AF, but a bit goofy in general, sure why not. Aliens in those 50's era suits with 50s era looking space guns – I personally think that lent itself to the game's unique character quite well. In fact, off the top of my head, I don't think there is one FO3 DLC that I did not like and all played intriguingly for me. I even liked the main and side quests for the most part. Sure, I had some grievances here and there, with either the main game or part of a DLC, but overall it's still a fairly solid game for me with some great extra content.
  24. No More Room In Hell. It is free to play but feels extremely niche. After more than 2 very separate hours trying to figure it out I just gave up and decided that it is even worse than old school E.T. At least with instructions, that game had a lot more imagination going for it.
  25. When I first played Fo3 many years after first modding Oblivion I thought, "This game is much better than Oblivion out of the box w/o mods." I mean there was so much less than with Oblivion that I felt needed to modded in the first place. And now you're asking about NV? Even better. In the FO universe you need even less mods, unless you're just plain greedy for extra content. Graphical overhauls non-withstanding. It is one of the best out of the box games you can get. Anything else is just pure fluff. Edit: Not including FO4 which has a great many ups and downs.
