Seriously I really want to see a snow elf city and quest, not an empty city or a researcher of the falmer giving quests, but a hidden lively city full of snow elves to discover either by a snow elf approaching the player or simply by stumbling across it. Maybe a wispmother randomly appears to greet you and offer to take you to a hidden snow elf city. Wispmothers are actually snow elf spirits of some kind. I figured this out after reading the in-game book lost legends and then playing the pale lady quest. Also if you add yourself to their faction through console commands, wispmothers and the falmer will both be friendly toward the player. And you can tell by just looking at them.

I would like a quest mod that doesn't simply add a snow elf follower or just the option to become one, but a full quest mod that is centered around the return of the ancient falmer. Maybe have a falmer approach the dovahkiin requesting help to return to their rightful home and accepting the player as their leader for some reason, maybe due to your strength and/or your achievements. Perhaps depending on the player's choice, they could either peacefully reintegrate the the falmer into Skyrim, or help them to conquer it, maybe as an alternative choice for the civil war if you haven't chosen a side, or even if you did you could either betray them or continue to help them with the your falmer allies backing you up. I think another good idea for this is to have them hiding in the mountains between Skyrim and Cyrodiil along with their ayleid cousins and have a merged culture. The route I would go for if i could make mods would be to have a snow elf contact the player after they were recognized as the dragonborn and completed certain side quests (such as defeating Potema or even daedric quests), guild quests including DLCs, or the main quest, and then have them invite the player to where they're hiding in order to do the things I listed above. I don't know how much the really talented and skilled modders would like or even care about this idea if at all, but I would really like to see something like this happen.

I know this will likely never happen because Oblivion is quite old now but I always wanted to revive the ayleids or join Umaril in his quest to reclaim Cyrodiil. An elven controlled Empire is simply much more interesting to me than a human controlled one. The Elder Scrolls series while fun to play always had it's lore biased in favor of the humans and against the elves, I would like to see that change a bit and see the elves side of the story illustrated a bit better.
