I think I've only killed my companions like... once. I was doing one of those spinny power attacks and Lydia came out in front of me. However, most the time the AI seems to be pretty good about avoiding that stuff.

Luckily you can charge/run through them. It bumps them to the side and they usually complain but it works! However, I don't know how well it'd work with a huge group. I still think 2-3 companions (for certain quests) would be ok.

Due to the interface I cannot even rename things. How do you even get the dialogue to pop up? I hit "R" for rename (which is what it tells you to hit) and it doesn't do anything... ever. I also can't favorite things unless I am in a container... HATE INTERFACE and MENU BUTTONS.

Radiant Story strikes again, lol. Anyways, that's awesome. My Ysolda is still alive and kicking, I guess I'll have to assign Lydia to protect her now...

Fix the control hardcoding and make custom controls easier to use.

I think he obtained a number of quests which give you followers.

Who in their right mind is in a rush to get married?

I've changed my race no problem. You will lose any racial bonuses though but that shouldn't break anything. Changing your appearance doesn't seem to effect anything. Change your race will mess things up with skills, however, you do appear to get the new racial abilities and powers.

THAT is epic, lol. Anyways, sounds like an easy way to get money quick. However, you could also just sit there and chop wood and make a decent amount... or alchemy... or selling things. I don't think it's too overbalanced (vs. time).

I've been wondering this. I was hoping you're limit of followers was going to be based on Speechcraft or perks... I hate being limited to one :P Anyways, there has been a lot of discussion but I haven't seen anyone discover a solution/code for increasing it yet. Waiting for the Construction Set...

Perhaps that was the player-character of the screenshoter? I haven't seen here but I've only explored probably 10-15% of the lands.

I think there is a value for "Actor Fade", that's probably the one you want. Actor = other characters.

I didn't think Fallout had that many clothing slots... Anyways, we'll have to see what's available when the mod tools come out. Even Fallout's system had a lot of options once people got into the code.

I've changed my character's appearance like four times now and none of my stats, abilities, powers, spells, quests, inventory, or attributes have changed at all. When you change your race you WILL lose any racial abilities and racial bonuses associated with that race BUT you will gain the new bonuses of the other race. Changing your race also does appear to reset some of your skills and attributes :(

Yeah, seems like you need to work for a lot of these women. I think I've barely scratched the surface.

If you've already hit up the obvious texture mods then unless there is a hidden console command to re-design NPC's then you'll need to wait for the Construction Set. Believe me, I'm looking forward to it too.

I'm expecting Oblivion's tools mixed with Fallouts, which is a good thing. The learning curve shouldnt be too difficult unless you want to do something crazy. If you want to be ready or practice then it may be wise to mess with the old Construction Sets. I love the CS's in these games, then again I LOVE being able to fix little things that annoy me or to add a few things here or there.

I think his jaw and cheekbones are too pronounced. I do think Skyrim needs a little more age variety... ... mods.

Yeah, I'm not seeing the smoke and mirrors. Looks fantastic, especially the scenery.

That might be one of the spells/shouts you should only use when by yourself and outnumbered.
