00000D68.nif and 00000D68.dds may be one of your characters facegen data created by FF. Delete them and see what happens. Remember to make a backup first. Also if you have a simple tool like outfit studio installed you can just drag n drop the said nif file in OS it will let you see the head part of the actor it belongs to. System menu weird color flashing may be associated with AA MSAA or FXAA try to turn these settings off and see what happens. Start with MSAA. Probably a driver issue

Yup, but like i said even when i turn it off (Apocalypse) it still crashes You have to completely remove it from your game. Just disabling in mod manager won't do it. And remember to clean your save after with whatever the save cleaner tool you use. Or you can just start a new game after deleting the mod completely. Do note that if going with former method after deletion of the said mod, wait about 5 mins real time in game and make a manual save.

Did you try entering that inn with a brand new character? Do it for test purposes. Create a new character and run to markhath

Have you by chance set waitbusyrenderer=true in enblocal.ini's limiter section? Set it to false.Also in global section of said ini is UseDeferredRendering set to true? It should be set as true. Your problem is enb. It needs lotta machine power to work properly but in situation of yours, lot of its effects need to be turned off or tweaked for better performance. I suggest you to use a performance friendly preset of the enb. Can i know what enb you are using?

What mod manager do you use? Or just manually make the list of your mods. kinda tedious tho. Or install loot and copy your load order there and paste it in to a txt file and so on

It is probably a bad mesh in that cell causing crash. It can be an object or a npc. Did you install any mod that makes changes to interior cells or that inn in particular? Does this happen with other inns too or any other dwarven structure? It can be an outfit mesh as well that npcs wear.

I have done it two times without any glitch. Make sure you have usleep installed and dawnguard.esm should be after update.esm in your load order and usleep after dragonborn.esm.

Hahaha so your character turns into magic mike lol. Does it happen with female characters too? And is your character vanilla race or custom?

I have them completely naked when I create them. The only physics on them should be their bodies. Is that the problem?Thats ok. Did you try resetting familiar faces? Back up all your saves first then reset it. I don't use it but i read somewhere it has reset functionality. Also is that mod puppet master from Loverslab? It is still WIP right? FYI WIP mods can be buggy sometimes especially if they are script heavy.

I think one of the reason why your game is acting up around your followers might be them having hdt enabled outfits equipped. Please ensure that they are not using any physics enabled equipments. It can make game unstable for some.

Delete skyrim flora overhaul. Your rig is weak and you didn't mention your video card. Anyway try to play at lower resolution perhaps that may give u better fps

Are u launching game through skse? Do you have it installed in the first place? Are the game saves from SE or LE? Is the edition of game same as the edition of game where saves have been taken from? Do you really like to play skyrim? Why do you even play skyrim?

Ok check this folder "data/sounds" in skyrim's library, see if there aren't any unusual sound files lying there. You should also check with grey breads. One of them practices shouting during the day hours, outside in the tower like structure situated in the back side of high hothgar or just pick a fight with them

Sort your load order. All the masters (esm) should be on top of your load order besides alternate start and its extensions as well as its patches should be at the bottom of your load order. Try loot to sort out your load order

Unofficial skyrim patch may have fix for this or reinstalling skyrim may fix it, could be a bad install

Missing texture. Remove realwaters 2 completely including textures don't just disable the mod.
