  1. Somewhere, I vaguely remembering seeing a mod about putting a firing range in the basement of the Lucky 38. Since I use Lucky 38 as my base of operations, I would like to have a place to go and just shoot targets to test my weapons. Unforunately, if it was hosted on this site, I forgot to track it. And despite extensive searching of the internet and the site, I can't find the mod again. Can anyone remind me what it was called? Or provide a link to it.
  2. Yes, I saw those mods, but since none of them were the RoboThor armor, I wasn't interested in them. And I know it can be done, because someone created a mod for Lily from Fallout New Vegas to wear outfits, although I'm uncertain if armor was one of those options, since the preview screenshots just showed regular clothing, And since she's similar to Fawkes in terms of appearance coding, I assumes that means someone could create the mod along similar lines.
  3. Yes, I have the legal version of Lonesome Road, so that's not a problem. I just wanted the LR bedroll to be more interactive, like the mod. Now, I'm not an expert by any means, but surely there is a way to create a mod that won't add the item without Lonesome Road installed? Just something that modifies the code so instead of getting a prompt to sleep, you actually put it on the ground, roll it out and then pick it up again after you are done with it.
  4. This is one of my favorite items in Fallout New Vegas: http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Roughin%27_it!_bedroll_kit I downloaded this mod: http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/39067/ But it's not quite the same for me, in terms of immersion. It's using a trash item icon and it's stored in Misc instead of Aid. If it's possible, can someone migrate the code to the Roughin It Bedroll Kit so this kit actually is an interactable item?
  5. I'd also like to see Katanas sheath on the back. It just feels odd to me to have it attached to the hip, like my character is going to trip over the sheath. I don't know if you can answer this, but will it work with mod katanas too? About to install this one: http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/44068/
  6. I searched the mods and forum as extensively as I could, but apparently, what I am seeking doesn't exist. When I first played Fallout3, I tried to put Fawkes into a suit of RoboThor armor, just because I thought he'd look interesting in it. But despite giving him the armor, nothing happened. I'd like a mod that would enable Fawkes to wear any armor and helmet you hand him, so he's not using his default appearance constantly. The requirement is the armor and helmet should remap to his body shape, I don't want him to appear to be just another armored human.
  7. Tried the Geck powerup with version 1.4 Crashed again. Starting to get that feeling when I used to play around with TombRaiderLevelEditor. Went all out designing massively intricate object libraries, with custom textures/objects and when I tried to compress them to reduce the file size, the object editor corrupted every single library beyond repair, which pretty much ended my ability to level edit! Looked all over the net extensively, all I could get as reliable links was the Geck 1.4 from the official site. And well, that's not helping. Found some talk about version 1.7, but could get no hard facts about it. And what is that BSA Browser in the screenshot? Being new to this, I may have failed to acquire some utilties.

  9. I'm new to this, so have zero experience. I had an idea for adding a couple of specific companions for the main game based on/or from the DLCs Old World Blues and Dead Money. But so far, one thing is pretty much roadblocking me. Everytime I load the relevent DLC, there's nothing there! The creature list is completely blank. Since all the tutorials I've viewed show a quite populated list, I'm quite confused as to why I'm getting essentially an "empty" list. And well, if the creatures don't show up, that's going to kill my projects before they even get started. Can't create a companion if I can't start manipulating the source file to begin with, now can I? Note: I'm using Geck 1.1 since the other versions I tried aren't very stable (crash crash crash). Not that it seems to make a difference, 1.4 before it commits virtual suicide is pretty much blank as well. Anyone know of a solution to this?
