  1. So, I downloaded skyrim enb .246, the latest, which also claims to contain enboost already, as well as 13.7.13, the latest optimized for my gtx 260 graphics card from enbdev.com. I then downloaded enblocal.ini (enboost). I don't know how to tell whether I need the injector version or the wrapper version. Also, how do I revert whatever graphical changes come with either version, leaving only the enboost memory fixes?
  2. I might be able to help, somewhat, with your question. I know that skyre adds quality leather armor made from quality leather. It also changes stats of several unique items. Also, this existence of this mod suggests that some weapons that might have been added were not. Mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/39196/?
  3. Is ENBoost important? I keep reading about ENBoost and how it reduces CTDs and makes the game use memory so much better, but it doesn't work without ENB. I understand that ENB makes skyrim graphics better at the cost of performance, like the improved meshes mod, but in a different way. I'd like to cut my occasional crashes to desktop as much as possible, but I'm afraid of tanking my fps on my functional but not superb computer. Am I understanding all of this correctly? Is there a version of ENB that would work well with a slower computer? Why are there so many different versions of ENB listed on the nexus, and should I make my own, download one of them, or get the latest version from "enbdev.com?"
  4. There's always going to be people out there that don't understand modding or how your mods in particular work. You've put a lot of work into some clever mods, and it's a shame that people got you down and you're giving it up. I also don't understand how mods work, but I thank you for your work and look forward to trying your newest out.
  5. I appreciate the humor in your descriptions. Can I ask a stupid question? Are you working on the mod on your laptop, or waiting till you get a replacement PC? I had assumed that it was the latter, but you keep announcing new features like you're still working on it.
  6. I'd propose an alteration (or illusion) spell that turns the enemy into squares. I will tell my friends that this thread is WIP to be a square.
  7. Question about your scaling spells. Skyre is designed to be used with the uncapper, and by default effective skill max is 150 (you can keep training to 300 for levels, but it has no effect on the skill). Some people put the effective max at up to 200, but more than that breaks some skills. Will your scaling spells keep scaling past 100 ranks?
  8. Question about the destruction school. Apocalypse says you cast a bunch of meteors. Do meteors catch the land on fire (grass, wood, etc) for 30 to 60 seconds? What this mod really needs is a napalm spell, but I don't know enough to tell if you already have one. I ask because I want to download apocalypse new and start quoting Col Kilgore. That's all.
  9. Perhaps you could approach plagues or evil twins in a new and interesting way. Illusion is a very interesting school in pen and paper, I think, because if you're creative you can use it in all sorts of interesting ways. It tends to fall into CC, Buffs, or Debuffs in video games. Oh well.
  10. If npcs not casting direct damage spells is a problem, could you program the spell do 1 damage to a target when cast, then execute the script? Would that work? I've used skyre since my third time playing, I think. I've been excited by dwemerverse and thunderchild. I kind of downloaded apoc because it was a top 100 and, why not. Lately, I keep finding interesting mods and putting them in my game, and starting over. I think I'll wait for apoc new, start over again, and tell myself to stick with it this time. Thanks for making all these mods, and thanks for making them compatible. I hope you are enjoying your holidays.
  11. 3 Days, zero responses, zero views. I guess I'll just keep blindly searching for them myself.
  12. I went into labyrinthian expecting to, you know, get lost down there. Have to make a map. Get lost anyway. Instead it felt like being squeezed out of a toothpaste tube. If there was a choice in paths to take, I knew that one of them would be a dead end and I wouldn't have to travel far to find it. Almost all of Skyrim dungeons give me this feeling. I'm tired of it. I want some better dungeons. Are there any mods that can improve the dungeon maps, making them harder to navigate? Edit: I'm asking about mods that are already made, so I think this is the right forum. If it is not, feel free to move my post.
