  1. This is what I did to fix this issue and it worked for me. Open Vortex and purge the mods. Close Vortex, Open Steam and run File Validation for BG3,(when I did this no issues found). Then open Mods folder in (username) Apps.. Local..Lorian... Mod Folder Delete everything in the mods folder.(not the folder itself) If you installed any mods manually in this folder it will NOT have "symlink" showing, The ones that DO Not show this symlink, you will need to download and let Vortex install them (ignore any mod author that says to manually install it. Once everything in the Mods folder is deleted (Again..Do not delete the folder itself). Open Vortex and deploy mods and install any mods that were previously identified as NOT symlink showing. Your game should run fine, if your save says missing mods then install them via Vortex. Again I want to say, this is what I did to resolve this issue and it worked for me.
  2. Ok, I am doing this as we speak. It appears to be working as I have my Load Order back. My BIGGEST question is "Why was this not addressed sooner? Could not the Update to 1.3.7 contained a batch file to perform this action? With a warning "pop-up" afterwards informing people to only drag files manually to let Vortex install or just let Vortex install the mod without following the authors instructions? I don't know how many times the author of the mods informs us how to install the mod they provide. Failure to do so could corrupt your game and/or save file. I have been using Nexus since Skyrim came out, to get mods for all the games that I play. There is a fine line as to follow the author's instructions and/or just allow the mod to be installed via a Mod Manager that are created for the various games out there (DAO, DAI). So it really gets confusing at times as to what to do. For me, I know enough to be dangerous, when it comes to understanding the complexions of modding my games. I salute and bow gracefully to all those who create these fantastic mods and Mod Managers for us to use. Sorry to rant a bit. I hope you understand our frustration at times when things don't go smoothly. Thank You so much for the info that restored my BG3. Sincerely, A Gamer since the early 80's
  3. I am having the same issue. Ever since the latest extension update to 1.3.7 (verified). 4. I have been playing BG3 since it came out, using Vortex, without any issues until the extension update the other day. Since Vortex update to 1.3.7 I am getting the following error TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'id') at C:\Users\nesho\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\plugins\Vortex Extension Update - Baldur's Gate 3 v1.3.7\loadOrder.js:122:36 at Array.forEach (<anonymous>) at C:\Users\nesho\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\plugins\Vortex Extension Update - Baldur's Gate 3 v1.3.7\loadOrder.js:119:23 at Generator.next (<anonymous>) at fulfilled (C:\Users\nesho\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\plugins\Vortex Extension Update - Baldur's Gate 3 v1.3.7\loadOrder.js:28:58) at tryCatcher (E:\Vortex\resources\app.asar\node_modules\bluebird\js\release\util.js:16:23) at Promise._settlePromiseFromHandler (E:\Vortex\resources\app.asar\node_modules\bluebird\js\release\promise.js:547:31) at Promise._settlePromise (E:\Vortex\resources\app.asar\node_modules\bluebird\js\release\promise.js:604:18) at Promise._settlePromise0 (E:\Vortex\resources\app.asar\node_modules\bluebird\js\release\promise.js:649:10) at Promise._settlePromises (E:\Vortex\resources\app.asar\node_modules\bluebird\js\release\promise.js:729:18) at _drainQueueStep (E:\Vortex\resources\app.asar\node_modules\bluebird\js\release\async.js:93:12) at _drainQueue (E:\Vortex\resources\app.asar\node_modules\bluebird\js\release\async.js:86:9) at Async._drainQueues (E:\Vortex\resources\app.asar\node_modules\bluebird\js\release\async.js:102:5) at Async.drainQueues (E:\Vortex\resources\app.asar\node_modules\bluebird\js\release\async.js:15:14) I have updated video drivers (AMD) to latest, Win 11 updated to latest, Purged and deployed mods. uninstalled and reinstalled BG3 extension. Not sure what else I can do. Thank Y0ou for any assistance in this matter
  5. I believe this is a Windows Error, any updates lately? Ensure everything is updated. I had this in the past and that is what I found I had to do
  6. I am not able to process Premium Membership Renewal nor select a new plan. The process hangs after clicking either Pay with Paypal re-occuring or Paypal Non-reoccuring. As such I am not able to complete the prpocess to either renew or select new plan for Premium Membership. I have tried at different locations using Internet Explorer. Pop-up blocker was turned off. Is there anyway I can renew my plan over the phone or some other way? Does this process work better with a different browser? I did start out with a three month membership then selected 6 month after that one expired. This last one expired on March 17th and haven't been able to renew since. Please help. Thank You Larry
  7. I tip my hat to you and your staff for making Nexus the Best service out there! I wish there was a way we could all help with the upgrade to the cluster swervers....hmm.. maybe there is a way we could all help .......... Let us as users by dollar stock - Not Voting or expect any Return - sorta like what the Green Bay Packers do - sell stock but it is really just for show, but the money is real and it will help you and us at the same time. So what do you all say?! Can we help them out? Send a Dollar or two or three.. since there are a few million of us, won't take long for "Our" Nexus being the Bad Dog on the Block he he. Just my 2 cents - let me know where to send the dollar! One Happy Player!
  8. Are you a Thane in Solitude and Riften? You need to be in order to buy a house
  9. Hearthfire is pretty good in itself. The only thing is they really screwed up was if you finished the Dark Brotherhood Quests you couldn't build one of the houses. What were they thinnking when they did that? I built two of the houses that I could. - Yes I adopted two kids as well. They should have let you hire a nanny to watch them when you are gone. One bug that I haven't been able to fix yet is I CTD when trying to enter Breezehome, I did convert Alchemy Table to Childrens room. I was able to enter and add children's room to all other houses except Riften - haven't gotten to it yet. Any suggestions on getting the third house to work (Falcreath Area) would be most appreciative. Thanks
