yeah this is definitely something that could be done. Depending on the scale of what you where trying to accomplish this could go from easy to quite difficult however. It wouldn't be that difficult to create a mod that added some new shops or something, maybe some settlers with a few quests to get them going, but if you were going to try to make Nipton a actual town again that had things like Government, Security and a noteworthy population...that would be a different story.

I remember i liked this gun when i played CoD WaW(Don't hate me because i've played CoD) this is definitely something that could be done. I have no doubt Millenia or Scottmack could make something like this. The Reload animation might be tricky though if you want only 1 shot per clip

Yeah essentially nothing difficult for an experienced modder, but this would be awful time consuming.

Getting this to work doesn't sound all that difficult given the fact that apparently there is already ridable animal mods, the problem i see would be getting the chariots to run smoothly. The mojave is a pretty bumpy place and the Engine isn't exactly something i would call smooth.

I can understand you want the omerta's dead, but why are you trying to erase all evidence of there existence? i could get that you want a ruined version of the casino, but it doesn't really makes sense just to want an empty space where Gomorrah was. Also removing all mention of the omerta's from the game is a mod that nobody is gonna make because of how challenging and overall fruitless of an endeavor it would be.

Well its not unrealistic that some would leave, but why would they? i haven't seen alot of reasons why the Desert Rangers would be angry about joining the NCR. And if a desert ranger left instead of joining the NCR why would they even call themselves a desert ranger? At that point the desert rangers joined the NCR so if you aren't happy with that and decide to leave then you aren't really a desert ranger anymore.

Fine idea, if executed properly. You could do something similar to the Chrysler Corvega Mod and simply click on the train to move from point a to point b. The only problem with this is that sorta takes away from the fun of having a train in general. That doesn't mean it couldn't succeed if someone took that route but you'd have to include more than just a train. Things like NPCs Quests etc.

The armor sounds do able, but trying to match the epic-ness of that gun would be hard. Not the mesh itself but with all the different modes like stun etc it would become quite the challenge.

This has no doubt been said already, but nevertheless i'll say it again. This is definitely a good idea the problem being that its much too big. The amount of variables you would have to take into account would be tremendous. If this was ever attempted it would probably become the biggest fallout mod to date. Its something that an actual team of developers should work on not modders. I'm not saying it can't be done, but good luck trying to finish something like this.

They aren't exactly like mortars but there are Howitzers in the vanilla game and they're legion canon since some legion dude gives you a quest to find the firing mechanism for one. So yeah, if the mortars are becoming a roadblock for you Howitzers could probably deliver the same effect (i Think)

Maybe you should include a new bounty were you hunt down the infamous and elusive Ronald Dillinger XD. On a serious note (Unless you actually plan on implementing a Ronald Dillinger Bounty, then on the same note i suppose) You should include more of the Bounty Hunter "Vaughn" from The Inheritance i like knowing that there are other bounty hunters who aren't either dead or trying to kill me in the Mojave. He had phenomenal voice acting as well, sounded like a certified badass. Anyways keep up the good work!

yeah in "The Courier's Cache" theres a mirror you can click on where you can edit hairstyles, but i don't think you can edit things like skin tone etc. Thats the closest mod i know of

This is a good idea and definitely something worth pursuing , but that bulge is really creeping me out lol.

Does "Showracemenu" Remove stats? I never noticed...

Getting Through the Divide isn't exactly a walk in the park, it can defend itself lol.
