  1. I figured that but couldn't figure out how to install it again (without deleting it), when I deactivated it, and then re-activated it, it didn't seem to work, is there an option somewhere to "re-install", so I'll know for next time? (thankfully this was like a 1 minute download :-) )
  2. and it's included in the installer for SOS so if you have RLO , make sure to choose the RLO patch in the installer for SOS , and make sure the patch is loaded after SOS and RLO Okay, so apparently when I initially installed SOS, it was before I had RLO... and so that's why I didn't take that patch, but now that I do (have RLO), how can I "choose the RLO patch in the installer for SOS "? I tried deactivating SOS, and then re-activating (is that the same as re-installing?) it, but it still didn't prompt me with any patch options. Do I have to re-download it? (THANK YOU btw!) EDIT - Yes, I re-downloaded it, and it worked! No more warnings! Thank you again!
  3. under SOUNDSOFSKYRIMCOMPLETE.ESP... WARNING = * "A patch is included with the Sounds Of Skyrim Complete SE installer, please make sure you have installed the Realistic lighting overhaul SSE patch and have it activated" Sounds simple, but I can't figure out exactly what patch they are talking about (?) A link would be great if someone knows, and any specific info or advice (game seems to be running fine, but I like to see zero warnings!)
  4. It looks like it IS! Now the only hangup is that it requires SKSE... I have downloaded skse but I since eliminated it because it seemed like all my frostfall warmth ratings were all screwy when I used it. But it's been a few weeks, maybe I could try it again... Anyways, THANK YOU! (any idea if this would still work WITHOUT skse? Or is that out of the question?) Edit- Just downloaded the current skse, and then when tried to run, it said "SKSE64 Loader couldn't find skyrimse.exe" (???)
  5. currently, all we can see is the weight of a weapon, and the damage (oh and the value). How bout a mod that allows us to see ALL the specs? Speed? Critical damage? Stagger chance? Reach? I can't be the only one that would want this. Surprised there's not a mod for this (unless there is, please tell me!)
  6. All references to that object... so, how do i do that? Just look for that object's name in every file?
  7. I have now removed a few different weapons from my game that were for whatever reason causing ctd when they appeared on my forge menu (someone said it was because they have a "bad mesh" or something like that i think, way over my head... idk), but anyways, since discovering the sseedit tool, i have taken advantage of this trick in favor of having to delete an entire mod due to one bad apple.. which is GREAT! but im just wondering, as my confidence grows with each time this works without a hitch, is this an unhealthy confidence to have? Or is this generally a safe thing to do? One specific thing i wonder for example... all of the pieces I've removed so far were pieces that i did NOT have in my character's inventory, rather the pieces caused ctd when attempting to DISPLAY in forge menu... but were not crafted, so didn't "exist" so to speak... but hypothetically, HAD THEY existed...in my inventory... would that have been a problem loading my game after deleting said item through sseedit? I ask because what if next time it's an item i loot or something and turns out to be dirty in some way... i want to know ahead of time in case this ever comes up, if i can still use this trick to remove an item when it's an actual inventory item, and still get away with this? (Sorry if this is a stupid question, i am just trying to learn...) thank you in advance!
  8. Not sure if I'm posting this in the appropriate forum, I've never used this before... but anyways, just a simple question... I recently started using the "bethini" mod, and it works great, for the first time ever on my dell laptop I am playing with the graphics all the way up (instead of all the way down!) and game is running smoother than ever! Yay! But the one thing I don't understand is that every time I fire up my game, or right before I do I should say, I open the little bethini program, and I notice that all the settings are back to default (even though I have always hit "save and exit" the previous time), so every time I have to select the settings I want... then I hit save/exit, and the settings DO take effect just fine... but why do I then have to repeat this process every time before I play? In short, why doesn't "save and exit" mean SAVE and exit? What am I doing wrong?
