  1. Having the same issue. @Picky, are you saying that selecting the Backup and Repair option won't cause us to lose any data? The main thing I'm worried about is that it doesn't give us any info about WHICH mods are affected, at all, so I would hate to have to hunt down which ones were ruined without any info after the fact...
  2. I don't think it is. I'm using a 2080, have 8gb of VRAM, and 16gb of shared memory, with 32gb of RAM... Every time I start the game, it is the exact same models displaying this problem. Additionally, the mesh is showing up as flat; a problem as simple as missing textures would still show a 3d mesh (a purple one, mind you). The "running out of VRAM" issue produces the same purple, textureless 3D meshes, except on different meshes and randomly, as far as I know, rather than on the exact same, small number of objects and literally nothing else, ever. What's more is that the color seems to range from gray to blue to purple, as if it's reacting to whatever weather is currently loaded. Looking through xEdit, the only thing they seem to have in common is the application of a DNAM record with SnowMaterialObjectLight1P as the material...
  3. Need help discovering what on Earth might be causing THIS: https://imgur.com/a/URNurrq The textures and models show up just fine in Nifskope, checking the RefIDs in xEdit with all mods loaded didn't reveal anything about the models that stood out to me in particular. Thought it might be a Better Dynamic Snow issue, but disabling that mod didn't seem to change anything. Additionally, on the rock/cliff portion above the entrance to a mine, I'm seeing the same issue. I recall seeing this issue before in one of the mine/cave entrances in Beyond Skyrim Bruma a long time ago... I can't seem to find any information on this problem that actually helps, although I've seen other threads asking for help with it. Any ideas what it might be?...
  4. Man, I swear, you are the most HELPFUL person I've ever met on this website. I was just having this issue myself, and I definitely use Dint's hair. Turns out that switching my character's hair not only fixed the problem you're referring to, it also fixes an issue I had with _m.dds files not properaly showing up on certain armors in game (like Team TAL's armors and stuff from the Ninirim collection)... Thank you, once again!... As for the OP's issue, it's one I'm familiar with myself, and I honestly think it has something to do with modified interiors. I've had the issue occur in one specific area during my current playthrough, and it was as if there's a single strip of occlusion or something that only applies to your player character, spanning a small random area inside one of the dungeon's rooms. Your character just pops right back into existence whenever they leave the affected area, which could be in as little as half a step to a few meters away, depending on how large of an area is affected. This same issue occurs in Fallout 4 as well with certain modded interiors. Unfortunately, I don't know a fix for it...
  5. Vortex is showing me this error right now, out of nowhere. I've never seen this prior to the latest update. I can ignore this, right? Most of the Light plugins were marked as light through Vortex itself, and that message only just popped up, after I deployed 3 armor mods. Warning still persists after clicking "Check Again", as well as after marking the new plugins as light and sorting them... Fallout 4 is the game, btw... ADDITIONAL INFO: -For good measure, the plugins marked as Light in Vortex also show up as such in xEdit -It only seems to be allowing me to have 260 plugins enabled before throwing the error, including the 7 main+DLC files. Doesn't not seem to care whether they are Masters, Light Masters, ESPs, or ESPFEs in it's count
  6. I'm having this exact same problem... I was just running SKSE through Vortex just fine earlier today. I updated Vortex and now, SKSE doesn't even pop up when I try to launch it through Vortex. Gonna see if it works when launched by itself. No, I have not updated or restarted my computer at all between playing earlier today and now... EDIT: Working just fine for me when launching by double-clicking the executable...LOOT just completely destroyed my load order for no reason tho, not sure why. CTDs abound...
  7. I have no actual notification of unsolved file conflicts. Every little lightning bolt is green. I've deployed several times to ensure nothing is being overlooked. Still no notification. Anytime I click on one of the tools or try to start SKSE through Vortex, a toast message pops up saying that I have unsolved conflicts and that it may cause issues, blah blah, with only two options at the bottom of the window: "Cancel" and "Show"... Clicking on "Show" closes the message window and does absolutely nothing else. Clicking on "Cancel" closes the message window and does absolutely nothing else. Going back to the mods tab reveals absolutely nothing new, everything seems to be in order. Restarting Vortex does not solve the problem. I can not start my game, Bodyslide, DynDoLOD, Outfit Studio, LOOT, SSEEdit, etc. from Vortex at all because of this message. UPDATE: I seem to have gotten around it for now by closing Vortex, sorting with LOOT, and then opening Vortex again. I have not deployed mods with Vortex since doing so but at the very least I was able to use tools through Vortex.
  8. I can't even get 1 MB on Vortex lately. s#*! goes to around 40 kb at the highest and then keeps getting slower by increments of 10, just to hit 0 and restart the process... I'm guessing it's an issue with the CDN server...
  9. Also, I have no idea if this is related or not, but I discovered that my CTDs are due to SkyUI suddenly not working in my game at all, despite it being one of the first mods I installed and working flawless before (it would have had to have gone bad mid-gaming session, as that's when I got my first CTD, and every CTD after that, upon loading as well as upon trying to start a new game, was because of SkyUI's plugin being enabled...reinstalling/redownloading has not fixed this)...
  10. There's a more button that shows which ESPs are affected, I looked in Vortex and checked the dependency rules, I've tried sorting with both Vortex and LOOT and LOOT doesn't bring up the warning/error, the same mods were working and being sorted just fine minutes prior to this error coming up, enabling them one by one does not settle the issue, and interestingly enough, the affected mods listed has changed twice now...all of my mods are in the default group currently, as Googling around brought me to a suggestion like that before I decided to make a post here; it changed nothing tho...
  11. Vortex should give you the option to pause/resume downloads with the orange button to the right of the Download entry in the Downloads pane...
  12. This literally started happening out of the blue. The mods referenced (Immersive College of Winterhold, Bijin All In One, Markarth Entrance Overhaul) have absolutely no custom rules applied to their plugins whatsoever... I can't seem to get rid of this error...even worse, now I can't start a new game nor load a save in Skyrim SE without a CTD, despite things running fine only once prior to, without me changing any mods or files in any way in between that time and now...
  13. Having the exact same issue on a fresh installation of Windows 10, up to date...gonna try the fix now...
