If I try to load any enb, injector or wrapper, any kind, all I get when I load is a screen full of flashing fractals and flickering. Upon trying to load the game again, it is corrupt. This does not happen without the enb. The hecking??

Any way for me to clean the remaining bloat?

As far as I know, no. They simply don't drop anything.

I've added some items to their leveled lists for a mod, but often they just drop nothing, even though the drop rate for these items is 100% and they are at the bottom of the load order. What's going on?

For my Hunting/Gathering mod, I have some custom items, like a hunting workbench, a sort of tribal-looking cookpot, etc, that I would like to be made craftable and placeable. They are currently craftable, but without being placeable rather useless. A kind person donated a placing script for sneak-activating and de-activating, but this unfortunately often leaves the items floating in midair. I was wondering, are there any more reliable scripts I could use for this function?

Another update: it would seem after reloading the old save and saving again keeps it at 20mb, so whatever the original cause of the bloat was, it's gone...unfortunately, the bloat itself is not.

In addition, at some point I had installed/uninstalled hialgo (after it didn't help as much as I had hoped) during this time. I'm not sure that'd cause bloat, but I don't know.

After waiting 31 days in-game, I went from 72mb to 62 mb...still pretty high, though.

Probably quite a lot of hours, but the problem is that about five saves ago it was only 20 MB, whereas now it's up to 70 and counting about another megabite per autosave. The "five saves ago" save was in october, but I haven't played often since then. I've removed the mods I installed since that time, but it hasn't helped. I also tried cleaning it with Skyrim Save Cleaner and putting that line in SKSE.ini, but it's still only increasing.

I removed Crimson Tide, but the bloat still occurs. I had had this installed long before I had gotten any bloat, though. The mods I installed from 10/6 (before bloat) onwards were: Immersive Icicles Saturalia (Christmas in Skyrim) Lord Balmer's Playground The Shadow of Meresis Immersive Looting And I think that's it. Removing these did not ease the save bloat, though.

Okay, problem. I've removed all mods installed after 10/6 (which is when I had a 20 mb save file) and my save file is still upwards of 60 mb. Help would be appreciated.

Update: Seems my file was 20 mb about five saves ago (though I use a lot of autosaves, so that's more time ago than you'd think). Obviously a mod has caused this bloat.

Saturalia made it so that many NPC's - pretty much any non-hostile ones - constantly try to give me gifts. Unfortunately, nothing ever happens when they try, so they keep trying...and trying...and I never get an option for dialogue. This is ruining a lot of quests and uninstalling doesn't even help.

Saturalia, but as far as I know it doesn't do this. It didn't last year. At least not with the chronic "here's a gift for you friend" that never ends with a gift and never restores my dialogue options.

Every non-hostile stranger I walk up to tries to give me a gift. More often than not, it results in nothing happening except me not being able to initiate dialogue with them. What's happening?

I've never had Skyrim actually cause my laptop to overheat before. I feel like it'd be fun to be able to look around Winterhold College and find hidden rooms, interesting, unexplained magical objects (with varying degrees of usefulness) and secret easter eggs and the like, but I don't know of any mods that add things like that. Are there any?
