  1. cdcooly, just a thought, maybe add 1 or 2 wolf pelt/s to the 4 leather as that's the easiest fur to get at early levels (with the added survival mods you'd want some type of fur in there anyway, even if it is just for aesthetic purposes) 3 or 4 leathers and 1 or 2 wolf pelt/s? = one bedroll have a think about it and you definitely should list it thanks again
  2. cdcooly, tested your mod, last in load order - brilliant, just what was after - thanks even enjoyed finding that ideal flat surface so the bedroll isn't immersed into the landscape with the added immersion of a good nights sleep (who wants to sleep on an uneven rough or sloped ground) get that mod out there and available, simple and usable, I can and will use it as is - if anything to add could be a fur, because that's what the bedroll shows but keep it simple like what you've done thanks for the add to my mod list --------------------------------------------- wilette8, mod looks good but it is skyrim and only have SSE installed atm
  3. Just say NO to conjuration spells that allow you to summon daedric bedrolls (+10 to sleep) by way of inter-dimensional portals from Oblivion at the characters leisure (I think Tentapalooza now allows for conjured tents. etc). Maybe I am just expecting too much...
  4. Hello. Characters like to travel lite. Can you imagine your elf mage carrying a tent half way across Skyrim in their large backpack so they get a nights restful sleep before clearing out that bandit's lair? Well, they probably had a heart attack before arriving. Can we get a "Just a damn bedroll" mod? - no lantern, no sleeping animation, no block of wood to sit on, no firewood chopping axe, no cooking pot, no removing gear, no campfire, no tent - JUST A DAMN BEDROLL (Lydia or whoever can sort their own sleeping arrangements). I am not a modder but figure in the grand scheme of things this might be fairly reasonable to make? And would work nice with all the sleep required survival mods. I like many of the mods out there they are great but modders keep pushing them beyond the initial reason for why they created them - then you get a bedroll with everything or even a vampire's bedroll or a (insert whatever type of) bedroll... Such a mod for Skyrim or SE whatever floats your boat would be great to see (wet and cold has backpacks showing bedrolls being carried - I just wanted to be able to use that bedroll). Made at the tanning rack - NOT the forge (you don't use a anvil, blacksmith hammer and chunk of metal to make something you sleep in... right?). Or maybe even purchasable at the merchants. Anyway, just a thought. Thanks for reading.
  5. Thanks for replies. Does anyone know if SKSE64 is going beta anytime in the near future? Is it stable in its current state for gaming? Might consider stepping back to Oldrim until some of the mods etc become more developed in this respect. Thanks again for replies, appreciated
  6. Thanks for reply. Is there a MCM or similar available for Skyrim SE or in development that you or anyone else knows of? A tool to configure mods settings. Thanks
  7. Fairly new to using mods Much of the configuration of mod settings for Skyrim SE is within the game, books found, powers, etc etc Is this mostly because nothing has been developed to configure mod settings outside of gameplay? Not really into internal mod configuration and wanted to know if this was the cause of so many of these options used within gameplay itself. Is there a way to configure mods outside of gameplay? (ineed, obis, wetandcold, etc etc) or is there likely to be development of a mod that will allow for this in the near future. I call this character configuration rather than player configuration. It has been some time that Skyrim SE has been released. Please advise. Thanks for any replies. V.
