  1. ... You're going to have to be a bit more specific, I think. IE: what program are you using, what do you want to make, what software do you have access to, etc.
  2. Google will tell you where your saves are. Just copy the folder, and save it on the new machine in EXACTLY THE SAME PLACE. As for the mods, you can copy all the zip files and put them in the same folder on the new machine. Again, this is highly dependent on where you set it up, but mine are C:\Games\Nexus Mod Manager\Fallout 4\Mods\. You may want to take a screenshot of your install order, provided of course that the current one isn't buggy =P
  3. I don't use paint.net, but my suggestion would be to try the same steps in a different program. (GIMP, Krita, PS, etc.) If the issue persists, then it sounds like a larger issue. If not, you've found your problem.
  4. Thats the angled endcap of the extendable stock tubes. Probably just catching some sun.
  5. You're having an issue with him not dismissing properly? I'm unsure what you're asking for, since you can just send him to a settlement and he'll stay there.
  6. The short answer is no. You can not port something directly from one game to the other, and post it here on the Nexus. The long answer is, IF, and this is a big if, you make something "inspired by" an item from FoNV for example, it has to be completely new creation, built from scratch. You can look at the Veteran Ranger mod on here. Its obviously inspired by NV. But its a completely new set of meshes and textures, and isn't just porting the model over.
  7. Considering how the modding system works, yes I think you'd be better off making the reciever, stock (and foregrip possibly), barrel, sights and mag as separate objects. Will make recombining into the requisite nifs easier IMO.
  8. This is my first effort in FO4, for creating anything. I also used it as a rather painful way to learn the basics of 3ds Max, texturing and material effects. Just something that I wanted ever since Gambit released AE. (note the lack of hood clipping)
  9. Now that IS odd. Especially since you have the ENB disabled. I'm almost leaning towards a hardware issue. But that is grasping at straws really.
  10. Pic for reference http://imgur.com/6fQAaaE
  11. Alternatively, you could use the one I do. Pretty sure its FOMOD had a clear glass option. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/449/?
  12. Alright, more drastically, go into all the files and make sure every texture, mesh, and material is deleted, as well as the esps. Completely clean installs, and then one at a time... figure out what is causing it.
  13. Have you tried disabling all the mods and then adding them back in one at a time to see which is causing the issue? B/c... that is my advice.
  14. Just launch from NMM or FO4 Tweaker/Config tool thingie.
  15. Most of us are working on our own mods. After reading this thread, i have no desire to work on the model.
  16. Now I want to shoot a bloatfly with a rocket launcher. Thanks for that.
  17. -Armorsmith Extended -True Storms -Darker Nights -Homemaker -Snap & Build -add weapons to taste
  18. I stopped reading at "new animations" We don't have the GECK yet, so to my (limited, admittedly) knowledge, that part is right out. See the post above me for a decent overview on the workflow of creating, taking note of point 1. At this point, we have to use existing anims, so the carrier, bolt, mag, have to be in the same place for example. No bullpup style weapons until we can create custom anims.
  19. These questions would most likely be answered more completely and clearly on the net at large, rather than a specific sub-forum of gaming site. tl;dr: i unno.
  20. Like I said, disable everything, and if you have time, start a completely fresh toon. sprint thru intro (at least its not FO3) If that doesn't work, i'd rebuild the esp with a different base. Also: you have a startlingly few amount of mods.
  21. Best thing I've found is use one or the other. Side note: You CAN use Homemaker and Snap&Build with the proper compatibility patches. Good luck.
  22. mmmm.... dem bugs/unintended happening/glitches.... .... delicious. Glad you got it sorted out!
  23. disable all other mods. Try it clean, and if its still janky, rebuild the esp from the ground up. Use a different base than the one you started with this time. Edit: i'm squinting, b/c photobucket sucks if you have scripts disabled, but why do you have a powerarmorsuit keyword?
  24. Is this what you're looking for? More Synth Recolors: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9022/? S.C.R - Special Courser Replacement Uniform: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9216/? (SCR is currently a texture replacer for the standard synth uniform, but in hopefully near future Rev will let me upload the standalone)
