  1. It seems to list the male body mods, but not the female. Though it does say something about an outfit being for HGEC.
  2. Surprising no one has taken it upon themselves to create a quest to go along with it. Maybe they expected Bethesda to patch it in an update or some DLC? Maybe being a courier just doesn't sound interesting enough.
  3. Maybe he meant he was so happy to own the house, he didn't care about any of the stuff inside it?
  4. Check the CS wiki, I made a few simple books from a little tutorial there, no pictures though. If you like, I would be willing to take some descriptions from the strategy guide and send a text file, at least for a few. Pictures might look better from in-game though, so they are actually in action. Maybe make a new topic requesting photos of creatures, I'm sure a lot of people have random photos you could crop to get a decent picture.
  5. Probably more feasible to create a book that contains all the info, or maybe a series of books. And it would look a lot like your screenshot there.
  6. Actually a quick look at the website will reveal that the arcade system (without hard drive) is $199. A refurbished 360 is $169 with wireless controller, and refurbished the "pro", the one that has everything is $249. The Elite bundle is $399, so unless your talking about some trade special or temporary sale this is simply wrong, also the wireless adaptor is $99. Don't believe me? Well I actually have proof! Check here and here
  7. I think the only thing really holding Sony back anymore is the slow pace which they are developing the on-line side of the system. A lot of downloads seem to be exclusive to 360, and I'm not really sure why. Is Home up and running yet? And with the Xbox network thing allowing independents to make Live exclusive games (which I thought was really cool), I can't see Sony passing up an opportunity to introduce a similar concept. It seems their big difference is; Microsoft likes to make sure and get the jump on you, showing you everything they can possible put on your plate at once, whether it's fully cooked or not. Problem is, you don't want a half-raw slab of meat sitting in front of you. Sure it might be a porterhouse, but you're gonna get sick all the same. So, what, send it back six or seven times till it's finally done right and say, "Thank you sir, excellent job!" Or Go to Sony's local deli, where the prices are a little steep, but they make a good meal. And they take their time about it right? You might have to wait a while for what you really want out of them, but generally it's comes to you fully tested, checked, and probably rechecked. They may have a somewhat limited menu, but they're good at what they do. It will always be personal choice, and a trade-off for one thing or another. The days of the Genesis and SNES trying to duke it out with the exact same lineup ( minus a few first party titles) are over, but that can be a good thing. OK, I'll end there, sorry for taking up so much space but I hope you get what I'm trying to say. Thanks
  8. What about Tarhiel = Tar-heel (the wizard with the Icarian flight scrolls), too easy? It's not a mispronunciation, and I don't even know if it's in the game or from something I downloaded, but I lost it when my Dumber girl started shouting, "Stuuupeed!" during fights.
  9. If Evandar starts at the top, I'll start from the bottom to avoid overlapping.
  10. I liked the super-over-the-top alliterations, like "the door slammed shut, then I was dodging bullets like raindrops" and the fact they NEVER, EVER stop. Like, he can explain anything at all in that way. Does the movie have that? Because I would probably see it just to hear him talk like he did in the first one, I don't remember the second having that so much.
  11. Link to the Past, maybe because it was the only SNES game. The origins of the Master Sword, the first time you actually see a King of Hyrule (only in a pan-over) and enter Hyrule castle, being able to actually enter the Sacred Realm. I think this was the first one I was able to complete, and since I have done so dozens of times. I liked Ocarina, it was nice seeing it in 3D for the first time. Plus all the classic characters/enemies returned, but it still didn't look as nice as Link to the Past. Plus actually getting to wish on the Triforce at the end was cool, and seeing how many times you died in each dungeon, 000! Just finished Twilight Princess, and now I'm itching for another though I'm sure Nintendo will keep us on pins and needles for quite a while.
  12. And a whole episode in shareware, it was years before I even realized that there were two other episodes. Including Doom 2, adds up to somewhere in the hundreds of levels. I also really liked Hexen, Doom in fantasy world with magic, probably one thing that really drew me to Elder Scrolls.
  13. I just checked the console command list, and it does list TFOW as an Oblivion console command. The only catch would be you would have to enter the command for probably every cell you go through. There might be a way to set up a script to activate it whenever a new cell is entered, but if it activates somewhere you've been it will turn the fog back on.
  14. The local maps are covered where you have not explored by a black "fog". Generally referred to as Fog of War, in Morrowind you could toggle this off with a console command, TFOW (for toggle fog of war) but I'm not sure if it works for Oblivion.
  15. That is the greatest mod ever!!!! I'm gonna retex that sucker to an Elite, give my Bioshock faceplate, and kick it all over Tamriel!! Oh yeah! Just some background, I figured out that I averaged about 2 systems each year since it was released, they generally lasted me six to nine months. This last one died just out of warranty, w/o the ring of death so the Microsoft extended warranty doesn't count. So, I'm not just a Sony fanboy, I was actually really happy with the 360. I bought the system solely to play Oblivion and never really regretted it until the thing started dying all the time. Sony really seems to start out slower, but they also seem to spend a lot more time on quality control. I mean, I don't even understand how an obviously defective system is consistently pushed out of the factories. Until the problem is fixed with no question to the contrary, I will never again purchase an Xbox; 360, 480, 720, etc.
  16. I wish I could send my 360 down a hill
  17. Yes, technically the bloodline was split some time ago. The current Uriel Septim was disputed as a blood-heir to the throne.
  18. Hey Sin, not sure if that mod is what I need as it just says amulets, but it is the exact one I was thinking of. Thanks!
  19. OK Sin, you seem to be the top detective. I am pretty sure I saw a mod some time ago allowing all equipped amulet/tail items to be shown. Not unlimited ams/rings, but for user made items for wearing stuff like dwemer specs, wings, masks, etc. together. Am I crazy or is it really here? Thanks if you know, and double thanks if you can find it.
  20. Sorry, I checked the book, which is the Pocket Guide to the Empire, and NOT Brief History, and I think I worded the question wrong. They were not Imperial Council in so many words. They were the original Potentates of Tamriel, and started as prisoners in the first era. Later, they were granted this position by Emperor Reman I. Ok, that should cut it down, if it still doesn't make sense to anyone, feel free to post another question.
  21. Haven't used them personally, but do you have FCOM as well as OOO, etc. installed? I was under the impression FCOM encompassed all four mods together w/o having them individually, that may cause a conflict where something is being overwritten and trying to find the mesh from the original mod. Other than that load order could be the only other suggestion I could make. I stayed away from those bigger mods just because they change so much it's too easy for things to go wrong.
  22. Actually it is also from the "Brief History of the Empire", not sure if the one in the game has the same info, but if you have the collector's edition it's in there.
  23. Congrats, I have to give you kudos for that!
  24. Wow, I always loved the fine steel long/short sword, but didn't realize everyone else felt the same. So, runner-ups for me were the Ebony Blade, and Goldbrand. I coveted the Goldbrand before I actually got it, after wards, I think Ebony Blade looked better.
