  1. Does your mesh have a BSFadeNode? It's required that the root NiNode is a BSFadeNode otherwise you cannot move the mesh. You can set it when exporting from blender or convert the NiNode in Nifskope.
  2. There is a spell in nifskope. It's under spells/sanitize/reorder blocks. Use that spell after you reordered your blocks to save the positions. I always recommend doing it at the very end so it doesn't get messed up again when you do something else.
  3. This is just the order of the blocks being messed up, which happens a lot when working on a mesh. This tutorial by Jokerine gives a bit of insight into how to reorder blocks.
  4. Did you install all resources from the FNVLODGen page? Your issue has to do with something going wrong with lod generation. The program is missing the assets to correctly generate the lods, so it's coming out like this. The only other thing you could do is delete everything from textures/landscape/lod and meshes/landscape/lod. You can also just delete the lod folder itself from those locations. This will reset your lods back to vanilla.
  5. I suggest that you actually use the hand mesh. Just cap off the ends of the fingers of the glove. Fitting the UV to the texture is too much work in my opinion.
  6. Putting clothing on creatures requires mesh work. Clothing needs to be shaped and skinned to the creature mesh and dismemberment has to be altered aswell since creatures use their own skeletons compared to human characters.
  7. The fix for this is included in IStewieAl's Tweaks. You still need to enable it in the ini file that comes with the mod. I don't exactly know what it is called in the ini but I remember it being pretty descriptive.
  8. If NVR and FCO are out of the question the only thing that comes to mind is The Hero race. It is very time consuming to create new meshes and textures and NV is not as popular as Skyrim or Fallout 4 so there is only a very small selection. Since you are not willing to put in some work your options are rather limited. Much can be done by editing textures and meshes to create a good looking character. The only other thing I can recommend is to use the GECK when creating the face since it gives you a lot more sliders to work with and also let's you directly edit the face geometry. There are a few female textures with tattoes but I don't know any specific ones from the top of my head since I never used any of those. You can use any Type 3 texture for Type 4 though.
  9. Did you save your normal map in DXT5 with an alpha channel? Specularity is defined by how bright the alpha channel of the normal map is.
  10. DISABLED _LOD_ERR quoting luthienanarion from an older thread "That error means that an object with the "Has TreeLOD" flag was disabled, which crashes the game engine." I would start disabling mods in chunks to narrow down the culprit.
  11. I have not read of anyone having a problem with FSR and Windows 10. Nor have I read where a problem was fixed by removing FSR with Windows 10 OS. Just looking at the mod page's recent comments shows that people have issues with crashes on Windows 10. I think AVeryUncreativeUsername's concern is quite justified.
  12. It seems that the files are all there, so it's odd that the textures aren't showing up. Did you try launching the game with only NVR3 active?
  13. Purple textures on characters always means that textures are missing. It seems that the mod didn't install correctly, or it might have been installed to the wrong location. When you go into you New Vegas folder and open Data/Textures/Characters do you see any folders? Or do you even have that path of folders?
  14. Remove the New Vegas Stutter Remover and install the New Vegas Tick Fix instead.
  15. You say the texture is alternating. There's only a few things that could be the cause then. 1. The mesh was replaced and now has different textures paths without the corresponding texture being present. 2. You have too many plugins. Without a load order I can't say what really is going on.
  16. This is most likely the culprit. Basically, the ground you see in those tents is just a plane that uses one of the terrain textures. So, I would suggest removing the texture mod and check if the issue is still present.
  17. This looks more like the normal map has been switched with the diffuse. Do you have any texture replacers?
  18. Hmm, comparing it to my Dead Money.esm, your file seems to be smaller. I'm not accusing you of anything. I think that you could try and delete the .esm and verify your game files, provided you have the game on steam, I don't know how it works for the GOG or Bethesda.net versions.
  19. No, absolutely not. I've just seen this issue happening when cleaning the .esms, which should never be done because it creates a lot of issues. Other than that I don't know what could be causing it though, none of the mods seem like they would be the culprit.
  20. Sounds like an issue with room bounds or the ENB transparency fix. Can you please post your load order, otherwise I can only guess what the culprit could be.
  21. It's a conflict between YUP and any mod that replaces the mesh for the authority glasses. I suspect it's FCO or NVR3 that's changing the mesh. Best way is to let YUP overwrite those mods otherwise you have to resolve it manually.
  22. It's what I suspected, you copied the whole NiNode over. You only need to select the NiTriShape and copy that over, then everything will have the same scene root.
  23. Would you share the file with us, it might be easier to figure out what exactly the problem is.
