  1. This is a known issue. It especially happens when using the Pip-Boy light at night. So far nobody has found out how to fix it but this is an issue with the game itself and not caused by any mod. It might be possible that mods make it more noticeable, though.
  2. You could still copy the pads from the T6m mesh since Izumiko, the creator allows for it when given credit (this is only important though if you want to upload it). The pads might have to be changed a bit to fit the male armor but the weighting shouldn't be significantly different, if it is this can be easily fixed with the bone weight copy script in blender.
  3. First you change one of your windows to the UV/Image Editor. It's important that you have the object selected and that you are in Edit Mode. The object needs to have a UV so it knows how to apply the texture (this is only a concern if you make models from scratch or change a model significantly). Klick on Image and Open and browse to where your textures are stored, these can't be in a .bsa I think but I always worked with loose files so far so I haven't tested it. I select the texture. And it should look like this, note that the UV is flipped because I converted this mesh to a nif and this can happen sometimes. I used mirror to flip the UV on the Y Axis. After that I select to display the object with textures. When you export it it won't have the texture paths set though but it's easier to set the paths in Nifskope anyways. I hope this helped, if you have any other question then feel free to ask me!
  4. You could just manually set up the texture in the UV/Image editor. I usually only do this when fixing UVs though otherwise I rarely need my model to be textures in blender. Texture paths can be set in Nifskope later.
  5. Sounds like something is messing with room bounds. They do exactly what you explained, hide every room in a cell except for the one the player is currently in. It ensures that in cells that contain a lot of objects not everything has to be loaded at once. These room bounds are connected by portals which makes it possible to see from one bound into another when looking through the portal. So more specifically the portals are not working in your case. It has to be a mod that edits interior cells. I'm not aware that ILO causes this though. Are you using any other mod that alters interiors?
  6. Pretty sure that Tweaked Standing Idle is the culprit since it replaces the Power Armor Idle animation. I don't recommend using it anyways though because it breaks headtracking on NPCs. You can either use this fix, which doesn't fix the Power Armor Idle though. Or you can use the Better Posture mod which does the same thing but looks a little different and doesn't edit the Power Armor Idle.
  7. This usually occurs when your characters is using a custom race that is no longer available in the game. It seems that the mod that added that race is not present.
  8. Your export settings are wrong. For rigged objects the settings should look like this:
  9. Well, it's not impossible but very time consuming and the way to do it is not well documented. You would have to create a .tri file for every head, that means animating every single facial animation for every head that is used by those NPCs. FCO is based on vanilla heads so it simply reused vanilla .tri files.
  10. Making a mesh look reflective is usually done with an environment map. You can either create one yourself or use some of the ones that are already included in the game. They are located in textures\effects. You just set them where you also set the other textures for a mesh in nifskope. With a quick google search I found this tutorial here https://wiki.nexusmods.com/index.php/Photoshop_environment_mapping.
  11. https://www.dropbox.com/s/mx15ksxzsjeth62/DLCSnowglobesReordered.7z?dl=0 Here you go. Keep in mind that if you already picked up the snowglobes and have them in your suit that they will not change position. This is because of the way the script works.
  12. First time doing this, good luck to all!
  13. https://www.dropbox.com/s/7jimc3k7m0w5cs1/NVR3LaniusPreset.7z?dl=0 There you go, I hope you still have use for it :) Look for the Legate Lanius race, his face is the only preset.
  14. What you mean is the normal map. It's basically a texture that simulates shadows and depth. You would have to edit the normalmap aswell to reflect the changes you made to the texture. If you look in the folder where you got the texture from there should be a file with the exact same name only that it ends with _n.dds.
  15. You are right, I should have been more specific and also less subjective about this. Project Nevada has a lot of incompatabilities with other mods and therefore needs a huge amount of patches. There are alternatives like JSawyer Ultimate and Vicious Wastes that introduce their changes through scripting and reduce the need for patches to a very small size. I have not experienced this myself but read about cases were Project Nevada even seemed to be the cause for save game bloat.
  16. Project Nevada has that feature, though I do not recomment using Project Nevada anymore since it is rather outdated nowadays.
  17. https://1drv.ms/f/s!AunxuRQ1OeFfdp78i44yjH3XLDo I hope you like it, let me know if you want something changed.
  18. I can do that for you, should I completely remove the music or replace it with something?
