Black Mage Armor?

The one mod that definitely crashed my game over and over was Warzones.

I manually cleaned all my mods too and my save also stopped working. I don't really know why. I just started a new game. It runs a lot smoother though so I'm happy. Most mods should be save to clean, except the Unofficial patches and Skyrim.esm.

Installing a lot of mods at once is never a good idea. Finding the cause of the crashes and freezes will be almost impossible then. I had a lot of crashes before too. Still get a few everyone once and a while. I think it's almost inevitable with a heavily modded game. I got rid of most of the more dodgy mods and things got a lot more stable. I'd suggest going back to vanilla Skyrim though and adding only a few mods at a time. The way I do it is I install a mod, play the game for a while and see if I like the mod and if it has any problems, and then when it seems safe and I decide to keep the mod I save my game. Don't install a mod, save your game and then uninstall it, this will cause problems.

This is awesome but doesn't one of the DLC's already add wild boars? I've killed a few in game. Or maybe it's SkyTEST. edit: yeah it's the SkyTEST Dragonborn plug-in.

Let's hope someone makes the ESO armors for Skyrim :>

I have the same problems. It's just inevitable when running so many mods. It's really frustrating though. At this point I'm kind of ready to give up on Skyrim and modding because it all takes so much configuration and trial and error.

Of course we still play it. Why else would we be here? O.o

Like the title says. Suddenly I no longer get the message onscreen when I receive a new quest or discover a new location. I tried googling it but I can't find anything. How did this get turned off and more importantly how do I turn it back on?

I hear ya OP. The random CTD's and freezes have gotten so bad for me the game is almost unplayable. I'm constantly on edge because I'm afraid I'll do something wrong and cause the game to crash. I just wanna play without worrying. :/

Sigh. I've tried to pinpoint which mod could be causing a problem but it's no use. Needle in a haystack. I had it working fine before. All I did was -update- several mods and I got the CTD again.

Yeah. Getting the CTD when trying to enter Breezehome again. Have the latest version of all the unofficial patches. No mods that alter Breezehome. What gives? Now I have to disable Hearthfire every time I want to enter Breezehome. Dear god...

My save is inside the basement of Breezehome that was added by a mod. Can't even load the game without a CTD. edit: removing the mod fixed it
