I just installed patch 1.2.0.416, and then when I went to a certain worldspace, it crashed, also I even tried it with OBSE v12. I uninstalled these programs, and i reinstalled it again. Then I got the same crash, so I checked it's version, and it says 1.1.0.425. Default beta version. So, something is very wrong with the game. What do you think I should do? Am I'm missing something, like does it have to do with the shaders? I'm having a real serious problem with Oblivion this time, and it would be helpful if somebody told me what it is that's crashing it, or could provide a link. If you can help me with this part, that would be great! Ok, here's what I did. I installed Mounted Combat OBSE, and uninstalled it because it crashed. Is it conflicting with Oblivion when I remove it?

My most hated NPC? That two-faced male without a father Uriel Septim which most people call him their emperor. Reason : Didn't give a reason why the player was in jail for, and even allowing the Dunmer to get away with Morrowind's law.
