  1. Did you try temporarily assigning them a different task? I always drop a scrap station or crop if I'm outside, assign them to it, change their clothes when they walk over to it, then reassign them back to being a merchant.
  2. For the last several months, I haven't been able to install mods when they are manually downloaded. I have always manually downloaded mods and used the "install mod from file" option ever since I started modding with Skyrim but I'm not sure when or if that changed. I updated a lot of mods last night and had to let NMM handle the download and installation. That seemed to work ok.
  3. This sounds about right. I built my own pc many years ago and I had to choose at the time between a new pc and a big screen tv. In the end, it was the fact that I'm a digital artist (and I hate watching tv) and I'd get more of my money's worth out of a new pc. Ironically, I didn't spec out a new pc according to my art requirements but instead, made sure that whatever I got would run the latest game at the time which was Crysis. I knew that if I could run that on high settings than it would be able to do anything else I asked it to. I'm still running the same processor to this day although over the years I have maxed out memory and upgraded the video card a few times. Wish I could say the same about the consoles I still own. I gave up on buying consoles once I realized that I was wasting my money on already out-dated hardware and overpriced games. I also didn't like the fact that any time a console maker decided to bring out the next generation, the previous one would be quickly forgotten. That left me with a dead gaming console and a whole collection of now useless games.
  4. I was surprised to see this topic pop up but then again, I wasn't, considering this site was the reason why I activated adblocker in the first place. I normally don't have issues with ads as long as there is no video and no sound. On occasion I would visit the Nexus to check for any new mods then go right into my game, leaving this site up on another screen. I had a few times where I would be in game and all of a sudden kicked out to desktop or have the game completely quit on me when the ads decided to refresh on your site. Enough was enough so I installed adblocker which solved all my problems. It's not that I don't want to support this site by blocking ads, that wasn't my intention and I probably speak the same thing as many others. However, I think the ad situation was doing more damage than it was being helpful. So, to show my full support I just upgraded with a lifetime membership. I would much rather support Nexus directly than to continue to put up with ads in any form. The modding community helped me get 900+ hours out of Skyrim and I'm easily approaching 600 hours in Fallout 4. Keep up the good work guys!
