Hi guys, I screwed up and tried to follow one of those "Ultimate Skyrim Modding" guides and basically raped my game. 196 active plugins, 288 active mods. Load order sorted by LOOT, load order and rig specs to follow. Basically, I cannot enter ANY exterior cell ( I use Live another Life and as long as I am inside, everything is fine, but I CTD immediately on trying to enter any exterior cell.) I don't know if the problem is with my load order or whether it is with the 90 or so manually installed mods (mainly graphics-oriented.) Does anyone see a visible culprit in my load order, or if not, how can I go about uninstalling the manually-loaded Mods? ( Mainly texture and mesh files.) As a last resort, I deleted all my retexture mods and fixed the problem. I know the "Grafix" mods didn't play nice with the update, but even after deleting them, I had some problems with CTDs when exiting an interior cell. i will just play with vanilla textures until the CK comes out and people much smarter than me can make everything play nice together. Also, if you use NMM, you can't just disable the mods. You have to (for me, at least) actively delete all retextures from your mod list. I'm sure that many retextures are compatible, but I just decided to nip the whole problem in the bud.

'Splain to me why I am in power armor and defeated by a simple interior door that has an expert lockpicking requirement. Should be able to break the lock with either a strength-based melee attack or by explosives. Hulk really do wanna smash.

Hi guys-- I am running Arwen's hard-core mod and have a really weird problem. When I eat, my food need goes down, as well as when I sleep. If I drink irradiated water or Sasparilla my water need goes down JUST a tiny bit. When I drink purified water from a bottle, though, it doesn't drop at all! I don't know if UI interfaces would affect this... I have all DLC content.... Have tried loading Arwen at the top of the load order and the bottom... have tried non-harcore and hardcore both when leaving Doc Mitchell's house. Here is my load order... Hi guys-- 4 years playing and I have NEVER seen this. I downloaded NMM .60.16 and ever since, I will CTD upon entering the worldspace. I can still load saves that are in cells, though, and they run without issue. I have disabled my entire load order other than Skyrim.esm and update.esm, I have tried to start new games, I have looked through my ini files (although I don't even know what half of that stuff changes0 and I have had zero luck. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. The only thing that i can think of is that, prior to .60.16, I saved NMM on my C drive and my mods on my D drive, and .16 apparently requires that they be on the same drive. Any ideas?

Ok, guys, this one is stumping me. As long as I am in a cell, such as Embershard mine, everything is cool. As soon as I exit the cell ant the worldspace loads, i have an immediate CTD. I know this isn't lore, but I would love to have my wood elf have ears like Legolas and LOTR elves. Is there any mods that you guys know of that modify the ears on Mer races?

Please split the armor and weapons categories into "Light or Heavy" and the weapons category into one-handed, two-handed, daggers and ranged.

One thing I always thought was needed-- when you click on mod categories, I think that armor should be split into two categories-- light and heavy; and that weapons should be three-- ranged, one-handed and two-handed.. or maybe 4-- daggers. It's a pain going thru 2500 mods when you're an assassin looking for good leather and daggers and you have to scroll thru 500 6-foot long swords.

Saurus, should I re-download or can I just re-activate my mods in NMM once I am back to vanilla?

Hi guys-- I decided to come back to Skyrim after a good session of New Vegas. What I would like to do is START FRESH. I have about 270 plugins, mostly retextures, Realvision ENB(which I never really learned how to implement effectively) and a Skyrim and Data folder that are complete nightmares. I have learned the error of mass deletions; I know a lot of things need to be disabled in order; but I haven't the slightest idea of how to do it. Imagine that it is 11/11/11 again, and modders have had the creation kit for a while, and we are looking at ENB version 2.77. How do I wipe everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, including all those niggling little files that seem to get left behind. Then, how do I load the game, ENB and mods properly and in what order? I will include a list of plugins... If anyone spots one that is corrupt or no bueno please let me know. Also, I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to use TES5Edit or Wryebash-- I guess my brain's just not wired that way. Thanks in advance for your help! Hi guys! I have been using Realvision for quite some time now without issue. I decided to download Project Parallax, installed it correctly, and now I am having serious shadow/shader issues. Mainly, Iam getting a "grid" look or a crisscross look in all shadowed ares. The research I have done indicates that a change was made to my ini file... but I'm not sure which ini or which lines have been affected. Hi guys... Obviously, LOOT and/or BOSS are not catch-all utilities. Some manual ordering is necessary for each person to get the Skyrim experience they want. This is what I am curious about though-- Is there a general order that one should use to group mods within their load order? For example, should environmental mods come before armor mods? Should animal mods be before follower mods? Etc, etc. I saw a topic on this long ago, but I fear it has been buried in 3 years of Skyrim forums. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks, Dean
