This is probably a skeleton issue. Make sure nothing overwrites XP32 Maximum Skeleton. Or better yet update it to XPMSE.

This happens all the time with me. What I do is load a game in a start area first, like the prison cell from alternate start or something like that, then load my main game. Hope it works for you.

I'd love to see some armors from Dragon's Dogma in Skyrim.

They need to sell all those Fallout 4, boys. I'll remain cautious.

Again, I don't see why the mod author should get only 25% of the sale of his work. "25% of something is better than 100% of nothing" .This is the thought that keeps people working on semi-slavery conditions on phone factories in China. But they don't have a choice there, they either work or their families starve. That's what pisses me off... why would one bend over to the corporations when he have the choice not to? Things won't change much on the Skyrim scene, I know, but I doubt you will be able to use a mod for Fallout 4 that was not downloaded from the Workshop. I'm sure of one thing... I'm not giving Valve any money for mods.

I think this is all a test to see if people are willing to pay for mods. If they see this test as a success, future games will probably support only mods that are bought from the workshop. I don't think Beth/Valve really cares about the modding community, as long the average customer keeps buying. Face it guys, we are the minority here, people gives their money away for no reason. Take Twitch for example. It was a place to watch people playing games and chat with other people with more or less the same interests as you, but today it's all about subscriptions, donations etc. Why a person should get money for casually playing a game? Soon the dust will settle down, and Steam will still be selling mods. And there is very little we can do.
