Ok, this is what you do: 1. Duplicate the paralysis enchant. 2.Open up the duplicate and double click on the effect inside the effect box. 3.Now when the new box comes up, double right click (not left click) on the effect inside the drop-down box. 4. Now a bigger window will come up. Go to the Target Conditions box and double click on "GetRandomPercent" inside the box and set your new value. That's it! Also to create your on mod with this effect you will want to customize other things, like custom editor id's an such. This is just a quick way to edit the effect and I assume you no how to do everything else. ;)

This looks awesome! I really like the look of the architecture of the cities and being able to ride your horse inside these cities will be cool. I'll be following this until release.

Hey, I have a question for anyone that uses Blender... I have all the tools to start moddeling with Blender, but when I scaned PyFFI 2.1.5 with my Anti-V, I got "This is not a commonly used file, and may damage your computer." Should I be concerned about insalling PyFFi 2.1.5 cause I am... Any advice... I would really like to start mesh editing cause it looks like a lot of fun. LOL Thanx in advance
