For posts and private messages - click the 3 dots (more options) on the right side of the message, you'll find the report button of those items there. Vortex needs specific extensions written for each game it manages. At this time it appears nobody has created ones for the assassin's creed games - which means that Vortex has no way of knowing how to work with them.
