I have No ballistic weave mods. Is there a Save Cleaner for FO4, As there is for Skyrim ?

Why do I usually get a CTD when applying a + to level 5 ballistic weave ?

Nevermind : I used SetStage 200 And the Gems + Crown disappeared and reappeared on the Stone Head in the Cistern.

I now have all 24 Gems (although the crown has 25 gaps) But Vex just says: "I have no business with you" or "Whatever your'e sellin I'm not buyin" Anyway to reset/advance her ?

Some mod has re-named Hjaalmarch as Marca de Hjaal how do I put it back to normal ? Also: Dropped a bunch of stuff then when I come to get it back 2 items are now floating and interactable IE I can't even DISABLE them What can be done ?
