I use EFF, so put her where I wanted her to stay. I have no idea how the other MODs for following work, but EFF is working great. I also have an extra MOD that works with Bathing Beauties Luxury Suite for the clothes, it forces some other help working with followers. RIP88's Summerwear V2 BBLS so Sophia got stripped buck nekid then added her armor package! I know, I am a sick man! LOL :laugh: EFF makes it possible to have up to 100 followers, I don't max it out but have probably 25-50 maybe, housed in two locations, Proudspire Manor and a custom MOD Ironwood Estate Home. I would suggest using EFF over UFO or AFT. You will have to uninstall Sophia from NMM and start over most likely, Ive had to do that with other followers like dumping Vilja, the never shut up wench of Skyrim! LOL Annoyed me endlessly about going outside when at one of the homes. It is why I waited for Sophia released from Helgen MOD prison. She is rather feisty and regards to the actress voiced! If I turn my back, I do not want a weggie from Sophia! ROFLMAO!

I have a laptop using AMD Radeon in my HP, it can get hot but I have a fan pad that takes care of that issue. No noise problem here. Ive been looking at some of the big gamer laptops, pretty expensive when you start at 1K price just to start. So far, after 2 years, this laptop runs good gaming Skyrim.

I don't use Win 7, I have Win 8 Pro. Pro can be a pain at times, but Skyrim runs very well. My HP Entertainment Laptop runs pretty good with Skyrim. I know if I get another laptop, Ill check out some of the bigger game laptops if possible and those are pretty expensive at 1-2 thousand a pop. I have an old Gateway Tower I could gut and build whatever, but I don't want to be locked to a desk! :laugh:

So, basically the 50 version is for those with XP. I use Win 8 Pro and haven't had any issues with NMM 49, I should just keep using NMM 49. You people using Chrome is a problem anyway, I don't use it.

I wouldn't worry too much about it either. I would worry more about some evil chicks hanging out there instead! :laugh: I use one of the Water MODs and that is all. BTW, the comment about flying over, just hold on and don't fall off! I saw the pic and laughed! :laugh:

Win 8.1 is more for the touch screen laptops, don't update to it if you don't have one! :laugh:

Lots of disappointment with many for the online game. I play almost every day in Skyrim, someone has to do the job! :laugh:

Your armors go up with a complete set and helmet, when worn. Im using the Medusa Armor and the stats go up the moment I put on the helmet. 300 is nice for armor with the helmet.

Just a funny thing concerning clothes. Seems most of my followers run about in the buff when indoors and then decide to put their armor back on when outdoors. Im speaking of the two homes I have them housed. I mean, I didn't know relaxing was to do in the buff at home! :laugh:

I just use the Skeleton Key, I give the lock picks to followers. I like watching them break lock picks! :laugh:

SKSE is supposed to help but I use it and SSME, a memory allocation utility. I also use FRAPS to watch ingame fps, the free version. SSME takes time to load and fixed my game fps. 20-30 fps is working for me with a laptop. Dependency on High Res can be a problem too, for some. Sometimes the MODs and sometimes the game card.

The Script Cleaner program is a game saver for sure.

Do the Merge Patch in WryeBash instead, because the TES5 Merge patch I stopped using. It wouldn't work with the Youtube vid any longer.

I used to use Mod Organizer and dumped it, because it has side issues at times. NMM has had issues, but it is still easier to use than MO.

You got the short definition. Took 2 years to work on the game with a lot of trial and error. Ive reinstalled several times along the way. Every time I reinstalled I saved my game saves in a separate file and went from there to pick them up later.

I use Win 8 Pro. Sometimes it can be a pain, but a cheap utility for $5 converts to Win 7 look while having Win 8 and works also. Start8 is the name of the program.

Im still using both SKSE and SSME. Sure helped using the orphaned script cleaner for me. You still have to clean the Master Files with TES5 Edit and use Gophers vid for instructions, MODs aren't the trouble, it is leftover scripts Bethesda left in the game for an unMOD'd game. Gopher explains that issue, they MUST be cleaned if you MOD. It's why I posted tools. Saved my game. Im at over 800 logged hours and that isn't the hours I lost starting over and over with reinstalling Skyrim with Steam. I liked the old days when you bought a game, it wasn't dependent upon some other company like Steam. I started with Skyrim DaggerFall.

I used to spend more time fixing my game than actual play time. :laugh:

Ive noticed a lot of players are having trouble with crashes and the likes. It took me 2 years of trial and error and a lot of tools I had to discover that fixed my game play. My game remains stable with both. Always get the latest version of SKSE, Im at 1.6.7, I believe. Im playing the game with an HP Entertainment laptop with 100 MODs from Nexus and only 2 from Steam. Some make their choices, I made these and run my game with EFF and probably 25 Followers, lots of specialty armors, clothing, The Runic Sword Stormbringer, etc. I use the Medusa Armor for my female character, nice armor with complete matched set to 300 for the armor, it makes Daedric Armor obsolete for my character. Hope this helps some gamers. Choices of Body style, ENB, etc and the type MODs all play into the issue. Mix and match is a disaster with clothing, armor types, etc. so one cannot just attempt using everything it doesn't work. Everyone decides their favorite direction in this game.
