Hey folks. I love music. To me, music is soul food. I love all genres of music and can just sit for hours listening to music. Many times though, there are songs that end up meaning a lot to us. Though a song that may mean the world to me, may not any meaning to someone else. Music is art, doesnt matter if its death metal or country or whatever. Music is art, from the heart, for the heart. Alright so Ive seen this one coming for a while now, and I have to say I think its soon going to come full blast. The guy who thought of DLC must have been the same guy who thought of selling bottled water, because its freaking brilliant. EVERYONE is buying into it lol. This is whats happening. A company releases a game that is short and very basic. Charge like 60 bucks for the game. Then release a bunch of DLCs to finish the game they didnt finish to begin with. The DLCs cost money. So the inital freakin game ends up costing almost double just to have a "finished" product. My example. Fallout 3 Retail price is 60 dollars if you bought all of the DLCs over GFWL, Fallout 3 costs 120+ dollars. I cant be only who things this DLC fad is outrageous. There are also rpoblems with this whole DLC online thing with other games. Players cannot play with other players who have the downloaded content. SO If someone buys CoD and wants to play online, they have to buy the map packs to be able to play with other people, after they already bought the game. Like this crap is really getting out hand. What do you think? Over reacting? Justified Rant?

I remeber I girl I met over Facebook, just started talking randomly, met up once and things sort of took off from there. I thumbed through one once and was like "wtf is all this garbage?" No wonder it didnt work out she was always trying to analize and look for ulterior motive to my actions. Ridiculous lol. People cant be happy and accept things or people for what they are anymore.

Absolutely Right. Good thing for me that the majority of the developers seems to be of a different opinion, then. :thumbsup: Unfortunantly so. Why release a high quality, indepth, and well produced product when you can realease a piece of garbage with a shiney paint job to make people go "ooo" and "awe". I guess people are losing hold of the idea that their name is attached to the things they do. So when they release a weak product with a shiney paint job, whats the saying about them? No sense of pride thats what. Should always strive to be the best, but I guess after Bethesda made their mark (Morrowind), they dont have to strive to be the best anymore. Just make a product with cool graphics just to get by. I tell ya, whats the world coming to.

That probably got the be the worse idea for a career, a mercanary. Pft. No backing. Paid only by contracts. Anyone got youre back? Nope. Besides doing something like that would require an immense amount of experience and training on youre part. Even still, what you would you be fighting for? Money? Theres never been a more senseless reason to risk youre life.

You know Ive been one to just roll with punches, never been one to start crap but I also dont let people take advantage of myself and others. Same thing applies with relationships, yet another failure at one lol. Ive lost count and am really wondering why the hell Im even putting myself though all this crap when they all end the same way. I like to think of myself as I thoughtful person, the find of guy who guys his girlfriend flowers just because its monday or something. I pay attention so I dont miss birthdays, anniversaries, important dates. I think about my significant others likes and dislikes when cooking or buying something. I do things around the house in my spare time so my gf doesnt have to. I guess Im just old fashioned like that. Ill give all the respect in the world so long as the same is given back to me. Not too much to ask for right? Well after so many crash and burn relationships the only thing Ive learned is that apparently I just suck at being a bf lol. I mean maybe its me lol?? I tohught doing nice things like buying flowers and going out to eat, and doing things that would make my signifant other's life easier would be a pretty obvious sign that I cared for her....but apparently all that means Im just interested in getting laid and dont care about her at all. Like I kid you not, every single time it ends up the same way. It goes to hell in a hand basket. And after the smoke clears, all thats left is me picking up the pieces and feeling a little more numb than before. Im leaving in 63 days so Im really not chompin at the bit to find someone new, or even to repair things with the ex. Since I hate Florida, I really dont plan on coming back here lol. But Im curious, Im know Im not the only whose been through break ups before, maybe not as many but it happens to everyone, its part of life. Im curious as to why we even bother with such things anymore. Chivalry is just about dead, maybe not entirely sincfeIm still around, but its almost gone lol. Lol like why do we even bother with looking for a significant other? I know Im pretty much done, Im not looking anymore. Of course I say that now but Im sure Ill keep looking anyway. Anyone else wonder the same thing? Or going through the same thing? Im just curious, thats all.

Because its a cliche idea for money in a post apocalyptic world. Really there should be no hard currency of any type, since there is no federal reserve to give money a value. A dollar is just paper after all. But what makes it "money" is that its backed in gold and silver. So why bottle caps should be anything more than a piece of metal? I really cant say dude. One would think bartering goods and only goods would make the most sense. Can eat a bottle cap, can drink a bottle cap, cant survive in the wild with a bottle cap, cant hunt for food with a bottle cap, so why the hell is everyone in Fallout 3 giddy for bottle caps? My best opinion, Bethesda couldnt think of anything better lol.

Lol "advantageous positions" my foot. Yea Im gonna stand in front of the door way so that only one skeleton at a time can come through. *Yaw* *click click* *yaw* Diablo 1 was good, but Diablo 2 was far better. I didnt know Diablo had a "stealth" feature as well. I guess I missed that little detail throughout the whole game. Diablo 2 was a huge step up in content and overall gameplay from its predecessor. Way more open levels, more enemies, more characters, more skills, more weapons, armors, items, hirable mercanaries, and a far greater game world that the twisting catacombs and caverns beneath the Cathedral. Yes Diablo was great, I played it for a vry very long time, but Diablo 2 was better in every aspect. You have pointed out personal tastes with the two games, but nothing beyond that. If its not youre taste then its not youre taste lol, makes no difference to me. Im only stating that in terms of content, gameplay, expanse, difficulty, variety, Blizzard did a hell of a job with upgrading from D1 to D2. As for the whole Fallout 3 versus it predecessors, of course theyre gonna be different (way different) because Fallout 3 was made by someone totally different than the creators of the first Fallout games. Bethesda makes rpgs, plain and simple. But in all this dealings with microsoft they "dumbed it down" to make it a game for all age groups and all skill levels. Why? To appeal to a greater range of customers. Why? More money. Quality should NEVER be undermined for personal gain.
