It could a companion from a quest mod. Maybe War Trash The companion Brooklyn I think she was lines commenting on her surroundings. There is Moddb but they don't have female companion mods. That's all I can think of . Sorry I am not really into companion mods.

Do you think the mod had ported content(content from anothher game) in it? You could try the gunetwork. There is a Elizabeth from Bioshock companion that was released in late 2015. Its on DeviantArt by Yscsn

The pipboy 2500 is a handheld pipboy that is lore friendly. (the pipboys in 1 and 2 were handheld devices) There is also a wrist mounted version of it, if you really want to keep the pipboy wrist mounted.

T6M Various Conversions has a non skimpy version of the combat armor.

To load multiple master files you need to change the geckcustom file located in your saves folder. You need to change the bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=0 to bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1. That will allow you to load multiple master files. To change the race, go the character you want to edit and use the race drop menu to change the race.

You need to create the face in the geck and click the box that makes the face a preset.
