  1. Recently I brought a follower to a house that I own (eg, hearthfire home or a player designed house mod) and then had them leave my services. They didn't leave the house and stayed inside the dwelling like if they live there; they are not a housecarl or a steward, just a follower mod (Lunari followers) which i just had follow me from their original load point. Is this a common occurance with follower mods? The Vanilla followers usually goes back to where I originally pick them up from.
  2. Hehehe, It's a attractive armour; which is why i remember it
  3. I think it's called the "Argent" armour which comes in white or black http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/38229//? I hope that's it
  4. Being semi-new to modding my PC skyrim game, I chose the Sevenbase body to experiment with; since it's a recently new release of a body replacer, however it's confusing on what skin could be used with it that covers the entire shape and not just the head/face portion. Currently, I'm using "Coverwomen Look 1" only and I think the entire body looks okay, but I'm sure it could be better, there is a slight discolouration around the neck. I read somewhere that any UNP skin will work on the Sevenbase body since the replacer is based off the UNP shape. Any suggestions on what skin mod would look good would be a welcome
  5. Thank you, that does help explain Illia; next time I restart a new game of Skyrim, I'll give her a home with the Blades instead so she wouldn't be living alone after the Dark Tower quest.
  6. Thank you very much for the warm reception here! I was lurking the Skyrim Nexus for awhile during the second month of playing Skyrim like most newbies do (newbies are easily intimidated by awesomeness!); but I managed to find myself to post here and I already have attempted to post a few questions last night athough, in the wrong subforums with one of them. I logged on to see if any of them have been answered so far to help me continue with my adventures! There are quite a number of things that went wrong with my game so far, abit not really a technical issue I think; but I'm sure I'll be asking alot of questions about my game play experience (even though I've had to restart the adventure from scratch a few times before I discovered the unofficial Skyrim patches.
  7. I dont know if this has been discussed before or not? There are some really nice homes made by the talented content creators here and although they are gorgeous; they also feel a bit lonely inside as all basic and hearthfire homes have either a Housecarl or a Housecarl and Steward assigned to them. Would it be difficult to design a mod that would allow a player to select a homeless follower and assign them as a housecarl and/or a steward to a player designed home; even as a replacement to an existing home in case the steward or housecarl dies.
  8. Recently, the bard I hired for one of my Hearthfire homes, died inside the actual house from bandits that actually got in! Anyways, Illia who is my steward doesn't have a option to go out and hire a new bard. I didn't know about the Resurrect command at the time, so now one of my home is bardless; would anyone know if there is a existing mod or one that might be in the works for the possible future? Thanks!
  9. I find it odd that most of the followers that I re-equip with higher grade crafted enchanted and smithed items are wearing it at the time I give the new equipment to them; then the next time I visit them, they are wearing their base equipment with absolutely no trace of what I gave them the day before. Illia from Dark Tower did that to me on several occassions and she is a steward at one of my hearthfire homes; all the Lunari followers did the same thing today and I spent like 4 hours enchanting and outfiting them all last night. I even removed their basic equipment from their inventory to try to prevent them from re-outfitting themselves again with their base gear. Any insight would be appreciated with this problem as I would like them to survive the bandit and giant attacks.
  10. I picked up Skyrim like 4 months ago and haven't been able to put it down since! It's a absolutely stunning world that Betheda came out with and I'm sorry that I didn't pick it up years ago when it was first released. Being somewhat bloodied now, I hope that you all don't mind a newbie wandering these forums asking questions in the correct sub-forums about the game, it's mechanics and of course all the great content that I've discovered.
