  1. Seems to me that radios aren't radioactive enough for the church of Atom.
  2. There already is in the game something akin to this. It's the flare gun. So, imagine if there was a way to use something like the flare gun mechanic. Go out to the place that you want to work over, set up some kind of Beacon or flare or something, and the designated settlers from your settlement would come out and do the appropriate thing. There's a lot out there called Salvage beacons, that kinda works like you suggest here a little. Its mechanics could be used as a frame work.
  3. I believe that the problem is that the trade and workshop item systems are not linked well. Which is why building a workshop item is not put into your inventory- nor can they be sent across linked settlements. However... If there was a blueprint out there for a turret etc that took no skill and just the blueprint its self please materials that may be a way around it.
  4. There is one, kinda, in the NAVI mod. But its for females. Check it out.
  5. I would like to thank everyone for helping me solve this problem. :-) Everything is working well. Thank you again
  6. For the gatling laser: Make the "receiver" take a single type of core at a time. Domestic has low damage but a somewhat ok ammo capacity. Rigged ones could be a step better than domestic. Possibly even a boost to the rof Robot cores would not irritate the user - the extra shielding makes the gun heavier, slower, etc. But the damage output is better than the ones above but the capacity is the same as the rigged one. Damaged robocores are not used. BoS: how they are now on the game. Military: greatly increased ammo capacity, a small boost to damage.
  7. Hey there, I have gotten this issue too. Is there any proper solution to fixing this bug? Please help - cause they aren't even signing up to supply line, or move to other settlements! @_@
  8. I would be tremendously happy if, there was simply a reversal of the downward slope rollers and conveyors. This would allow for a bit of upward movement without the huge elevators. Heck, make them twice as long to make them half as steep.
  9. Kinda like the corn starch adhesives, you could use the chem station and perhaps some dirty water and maybe something else to produce the adhesive. :)
  10. A simple box [steamer trunk sized] that has a all-junk button for it, and that is not associated with the work bench. As a bonus, the salvage stations (and perhaps the mod Salvage Beacons) being deposited there.
  11. Kinda like the cyber dog in the Storyteller?
  12. That's a neat idea. A twist on the bobblehead display.
  13. Having now really dove into the contraptions workshop, I would really love it if this junk box was made. Not only for my own "return to base, unload my stuff" but for it to be the depository of the Scavenging Station (and the Salvage Beacons if I am going to wish-list this). That way I don't need to hook my workshop up to the contraptions and have a perpetual motion machine - or need to super-sorter all the everything just to get the new additions to the junk pile. To anyone considering making this mod, thank you. :)
  14. I suspect the simplest solution would be, once the chest piece is properly installed with this mod / add-on it would either increase the duration of drinking to say 48 or more hours or, change the tick rate of the timer.
  15. I think you would be awesome if a power armor mod allowed for greater ability to fly. Perhaps so much not vertical thrust, but more horizontal. Let you cover more ground that way. The air force armor link above, would be perfect for this should a appropriate modification to the flight system be made.
  16. Well I do enjoy the idea of dragging cars, yeah idea of a scavenger set of armor is still rather good. I can definitely see this being a combo between the independent construction armor mod, and the enhanced Raiders, raider armor mod. I for one am always looking to carry more things back to my settlements. Lately I've had to settle for using salvage beacons.
  17. But therein lies the rub, it is a mod request board. You can ask for anything that you want, but it is up to the people who make them to make it to their or anyone else's specifications. So while you may want things a certain way, and you are certainly free to ask for them to be that way, no one is beholden to you to make them that certain way.
  18. How about a self destruct that can be added to the torso on billable bots? So if they are bear death they go boom, like the ones in game?
  19. You can do it! I believe in you. This printing press mod combo's awesome well with the banking mod. Scrap junk to get cloth. Turn it into money, use bank to convert it into caps. Boston Beaugles never paid out so well.
  20. I would even enjoy a slimmed down "remove all" that was limited to the inventory page that its on [just junk, just aid, just weapons etc]
  21. Honestly I'd love to see more wandering npc's as a result of a quest. Free some folk from a raider camp? They now wander. Save a caravan from robots? They now are a proper caravan wandering the wastes. Have a [faction of choice] quest where you help out a small potential settlement, and the road near it with a "wondering monster n nest" problem. When your done, boom, Nov population at the small bit of land and the road. BOS forward command, railroad safe house, institute field lab, or minuteman checkpoint/small bunker. Brings npc's to the place because its a safer world now. Not just settlements, but the roads between them.
  22. Speaking of which, there are a lot of makeshift batteries out there that don't actually provide Power. Perhaps a mod that allows those make sure if the batteries to actually provide Power for some things? The aforementioned non electric lights for example.
  23. She may be inside the castle waiting for you. Try down the stairs, if you have found the stairs behind rubble. I think she waits for you to find her.
