  1. Usually, that little "no" symbol at the end will tell you what was wrong. I've found it's sometimes due to missing a file (or more) that the mod requires and looks for. Hover your mouse pointer over it, and it'll tell you what you're missing. Also, when installing mods, check your dependencies, as different mods may require certain other mods to be installed.
  2. I do know a few things. 1) Vilkas going all commando on you has to do with one of those mods you have. I had the same issue with SPERG (loved that mod). Some of the perks/whatever, caused the game to ignore the brawl, and consider it as an attack, even WITH the Brawl Bugs modder's resource. 2) You do seem to have a lot of script intensive mods in there.... are you sure they all play nicely together? 3) A LOOT load order would help us figure out a little bit more, and possibly help you resolve the issue.
  3. First off, it's HIGHLY unrecommended to use multiple alternative start mods. I myself use Death Alternative, and LAL, and have the addon for LAL. I also use some other.... adult start mods from another site that work with LAL. While your MediEvil, Hero of Gallowmore mod may be compatible, it doesn't play well with LAL. It sounds like it's trying to dump you into one of the alternative starts where you're the patron at an Inn. Have you tried updating LAL to the latest version? That might fix it. Also, if you removed a bunch of mods that you were using in a save, and tried to reload it, it will be very wonky, because Skyrim Sorcery will be afoot. I can't get to the files section of that mod to download and test it myself.
  4. I just got a new gaming laptop with an nVidia GeForce GTX 960M inside. Intel Core i7 Processor, and it runs Skyrim on Ultra settings beautifully with no lags or hiccups. So my question, what ENB would you recommend, because while it runs smooth as glass, I remember I used an ENB back in the day and it was fantastic.
  5. Glad you figured it out, but for future reference, I follow the rule of thumb I read from Apollodown. "If you start a save file with a mod, you're stuck with it." Removing mods mid-play is bad juju, and Skyrim loves to bork over it. You might just have to bite the bullet, and reset. You could always use console commands to get yourself back to that status though.
  6. Try sorting your load order with LOOT or BOSS. The LaL mod should be down at the bottom, that can cause things to blow up on you.
  7. Try the following, which are fixes from the UESP Wiki: At the end of quest when you beat Miraak, he may not get impaled by Hermaeus Mora. ? http://images.uesp.net/6/66/Pc22.png One possible solution is to use the disable and enable console commands on Miraak. He will then get impaled.http://images.uesp.net/6/66/Pc22.png Use these commands to end the quest: setstage dlc2mq06 550 followed by setstage dlc2mq06 580. The 580 stage of the quest is what raises the new altar from the pool of liquid. The raising of the altar will sometimes bring up Miraak's body if he is stuck under the liquid. This is also the stage that causes the glowing skills icons to appear. This or the following setstage fix may cause the combat music to become stuck, looping forever. In this case, entering the command removemusic DLC2MUSCombatBoss should solve the problem.http://images.uesp.net/6/66/Pc22.png Use fire breath shout on the slime pool in the middle and it should work. I've also found this works with that bug.
  8. First off, that seems to be added by a mod, so maybe a mod list would be helpful to see if we can figure out what's going on. I do know that's not a default Skyrim quest or NPC. Also, you want to make sure you have Fus-Ro-D'oh installed, which is a silent voice plugin, and that should also help with getting through silent dialogue like that.
  9. Also, maybe a mod is not playing well with SKSE being on, what's your mod list, and have you sorted it with LOOT? That could help, as I know a couple of things will cause your main menu to never show up.
  10. Did you actually run GenerateFNISForUsers.exe after installing FNIS?
  11. First off, you have more than 255 mods installed and active? That's a recipe for disaster right there. I counted 43 mods disabled in that list, which puts you at 256. Try removing 2 more mods.
  12. The first, and most obvious question. 1) Is your copy of Skyrim a Steam-connected version? SKSE tends to bork when used with a pirated copy. (I am NOT accusing you of piracy, by the way). 2) If it's legit, try reinstalling SKSE from skse.silverlock.org, and see if a reinstall of SKSE fixes it.
  13. If you're having this problem, it sounds like you've removed a mod that your save files can't live without, and it sounds like it broke something. Your issue is Skyrim Sorcery, and your save files are toast. A few things may help us figure it out though. 1) What mod did you install, and then remove? 2) A mod list may be helpful to figure out what may be going wrong.
  14. Did you try verifying your game cache through Steam? It sounds like you're missing something important in there.
