1. Usually, that little "no" symbol at the end will tell you what was wrong. I've found it's sometimes due to missing a file (or more) that the mod requires and looks for. Hover your mouse pointer over it, and it'll tell you what you're missing. Also, when installing mods, check your dependencies, as different mods may require certain other mods to be installed.
2. I do know a few things. 1) Vilkas going all commando on you has to do with one of those mods you have. I had the same issue with SPERG (loved that mod). Some of the perks/whatever, caused the game to ignore the brawl, and consider it as an attack, even WITH the Brawl Bugs modder's resource. 2) You do seem to have a lot of script intensive mods in there.... are you sure they all play nicely together? 3) A LOOT load order would help us figure out a little bit more, and possibly help you resolve the issue.
3. First off, it's HIGHLY unrecommended to use multiple alternative start mods. I myself use Death Alternative, and LAL, and have the addon for LAL. I also use some other.... adult start mods from another site that work with LAL. While your MediEvil, Hero of Gallowmore mod may be compatible, it doesn't play well with LAL. It sounds like it's trying to dump you into one of the alternative starts where you're the patron at an Inn. Have you tried updating LAL to the latest version? That might fix it. Also, if you removed a bunch of mods that you were using in a save, and tried to reload it, it will be very wonky, because Skyrim Sorcery will be afoot. I can't get to the files section of that mod to download and test it myself.
4. I just got a new gaming laptop with an nVidia GeForce GTX 960M inside. Intel Core i7 Processor, and it runs Skyrim on Ultra settings beautifully with no lags or hiccups. So my question, what ENB would you recommend, because while it runs smooth as glass, I remember I used an ENB back in the day and it was fantastic.
5. Glad you figured it out, but for future reference, I follow the rule of thumb I read from Apollodown. "If you start a save file with a mod, you're stuck with it." Removing mods mid-play is bad juju, and Skyrim loves to bork over it. You might just have to bite the bullet, and reset. You could always use console commands to get yourself back to that status though.
6. Try sorting your load order with LOOT or BOSS. The LaL mod should be down at the bottom, that can cause things to blow up on you.
7. Try the following, which are fixes from the UESP Wiki: At the end of quest when you beat Miraak, he may not get impaled by Hermaeus Mora. ? http://images.uesp.net/6/66/Pc22.png One possible solution is to use the disable and enable console commands on Miraak. He will then get impaled.http://images.uesp.net/6/66/Pc22.png Use these commands to end the quest: setstage dlc2mq06 550 followed by setstage dlc2mq06 580. The 580 stage of the quest is what raises the new altar from the pool of liquid. The raising of the altar will sometimes bring up Miraak's body if he is stuck under the liquid. This is also the stage that causes the glowing skills icons to appear. This or the following setstage fix may cause the combat music to become stuck, looping forever. In this case, entering the command removemusic DLC2MUSCombatBoss should solve the problem.http://images.uesp.net/6/66/Pc22.png Use fire breath shout on the slime pool in the middle and it should work. I've also found this works with that bug.
8. First off, that seems to be added by a mod, so maybe a mod list would be helpful to see if we can figure out what's going on. I do know that's not a default Skyrim quest or NPC. Also, you want to make sure you have Fus-Ro-D'oh installed, which is a silent voice plugin, and that should also help with getting through silent dialogue like that.
9. Also, maybe a mod is not playing well with SKSE being on, what's your mod list, and have you sorted it with LOOT? That could help, as I know a couple of things will cause your main menu to never show up.
10. Did you actually run GenerateFNISForUsers.exe after installing FNIS?
11. First off, you have more than 255 mods installed and active? That's a recipe for disaster right there. I counted 43 mods disabled in that list, which puts you at 256. Try removing 2 more mods.
12. The first, and most obvious question. 1) Is your copy of Skyrim a Steam-connected version? SKSE tends to bork when used with a pirated copy. (I am NOT accusing you of piracy, by the way). 2) If it's legit, try reinstalling SKSE from skse.silverlock.org, and see if a reinstall of SKSE fixes it.
13. If you're having this problem, it sounds like you've removed a mod that your save files can't live without, and it sounds like it broke something. Your issue is Skyrim Sorcery, and your save files are toast. A few things may help us figure it out though. 1) What mod did you install, and then remove? 2) A mod list may be helpful to figure out what may be going wrong.
14. Did you try verifying your game cache through Steam? It sounds like you're missing something important in there.
15. Load the mods in TES5Edit, and see if you're missing any Master files, because I'll wager you are. I've looked up all those mods, and none of them seem to require dependencies, except if you accidentally downloaded a version of Apprentice of Thu'um that requires a certain DLC. I'd start my search there for a potential missing Master. For example, there's the regular one, the one that requires DG, the one that requires DB, and the one that requires them both. You may need the DG version.
16. Nope, for some reason you're getting the older one. I get the installer, or manually unzip the file into my Skyrim folder, as loading it through NMM isn't really the option I choose to do with SKSE.
17. What graphics settings are you using on your system? System specs, perhaps? Are you using any replacer mods? These bits of information can help us try to figure out why your graphics aren't that impressive.
18. A mod list would be helpful to figure out what's going on. We can't really help without that information. I'd also read this post that talks about how to request help on the forums.
19. If you get CTD immediately after the Bethesda logo, you are missing a Master file. Download and install Tes5Edit, and select all files, and see what Master files you are missing. Or double check the mods you're running, and see what is required. Windows automatically sets those types of folders as Music/Media files ,which displays them like that. You can change how it appears in the Window Settings (different for each version of Windows),
20. As they said above, all versions of Skyrim require Steam. Non-Steam == Piracy. I'd not even ask or suggest it, just to be on the safe side. I run Steam in offline mode, and take it online once a week for updates.
21. I believe the culprit for it would be "Recruit more blades - SkyHeavenTempleEnhanced". EDIT: Sadly I can't edit my fist post since it doesn't do anything when I click on Full Editor. That is the culprit, and it seems harmless enough, but I don't use that mod, so I couldn't tell you, I generally keep my Papyrus logging off unless I start to troubleshoot a problem. I do recommend trying my other part of the suggestion, which is to disable the High-Resolution DLC, and maybe the Water enhancement mods, load your save game, and see if you encounter that problem, as that area IS known for its crashing, especially with 8GB of RAM. And finally, do you have the memory patch applied for SKSE? That could also help.
22. I'm not sure, but did you see these lines in your log? Version: 1.2i •Warning: UFO - Dawnguard AddOn.esp required to work properly with Dawnguard (Official Bethesda DLC) •Warning: UFO - Heartfire AddOn.esp required to work properly with Hearthfires (Official Bethesda DLC) I don't see that you have either of these add-ons installed, perhaps this is causing an issue? I've seen a mod missing things break things in all sorts of quests you'd never expect them to break.
23. True, but those 7 unrecognized mods don't invalidate my observations, since I have BOSS on this computer as well, and a run of 2.3.0 shows it is listed under the proper file name (I don't use UFO actively anymore, but I did download and install it to see, and it DOES show up.). There are quite a few versions on the UFO download page, maybe he mixed up which plugin file he needed (I've done it myself, as some of them are very... picky.) and installed the wrong one. Also, I see you've installed the CBBE conversions for those armors, yet you have the UNP body installed. That can cause issues when putting them on followers, so I'd maybe consider reloading to a save BEFORE you put those armors on them, and uninstall the CBBE conversion, as the CBBE version may be "breaking" what the game is looking for, causing your CTD, as the Tera armor mod comes with UNP body support built in. I also run Frostvale Estate, and I have TERA armors on each mannequin in the downstairs area (without going through the door), and Tera armors on the 6 followers I have living there (not the Frostvale Estate people, I prefer to leave them be so I come home to an occupied house), and I get about 5-10, sometimes almost 15 seconds of lag as the armors load, but then everything speeds back up, so the Tera armor mod by itself shouldn't be causing CTD's there, unless, of course as I mentioned above the CBBE conversion may be causing that. (Edited to display the line about Tera CBBE that I just saw.... and yet again because of Frostvale Estate)
24. Wow, ok. Here's the first thing: You might want to consider putting

tags around your logs to make the post a bit cleaner. A lot of people will be like "That's a wall of text, and I can't be bothered to look through it all. Next, you run the official High-Resolution DLC for Skyrim, what are your system specs? As I recall, running through that area, you're crossing through 6-9 different cells, and it can cause your Skyrim to give up and die. try disabling the High-Resolution DLC and patch, and see if you still crash? Also, does this happen on a vanilla save? Try opening the console, and typing coc whiterun, and run from there to riverwood and see if the crash repeats itself. You may be pushing your graphics card too hard, and Skyrim can't keep up with all the texture goodness you've downloaded. The water mods may also help contribute to this problem, try disabling those just to see if that is possibly the reason. Lastly, you have a LOT of script chatter from "ItsMeTooRecruitMoreBladesStartTrigger", what mod is causing that? It seems like it's trying to poll for an event that's not happening.
