  1. Using the Sexchange console command sometimes fixes bugs with character appearance.
  2. Oh wow, getting both NotB and SoT to run sounds quite impressive.
  3. Undeath and the fix. Also check out Immersive Lichdom by our resident Lich-Master tx12001 Corpse Preparation If your computer can handle it, check out Nature of the Beast.
  4. How's Nature of the Beast working for you? It's so... frighteningly huuuge. So many scripts running, so many changes to levelled lists. I'm quite hesitant to install it.
  5. Quote from the mod page itself: Don't say you haven't been warned. There's enough non-masochist-difficulty mods on the Nexus. @OP: It's virtually impossible to do Bleak Falls Barrow without picking up the silver katana that's hidden inside the first room of the dungeon. Draugr are almost impossible to kill for a low-level-character without a silver weapon, and arrows just don't cut it. My Redguard Mace'n'Board, no-magic Requiem playthrough was one of the most fun runs I've had in Skyrim.
  6. BOSS is outdated and has been superceded by LOOT. For Skyrim, Mod Organizer is mostly superior to NMM. There's a lot of textures in the Official Hi-Res DLCs that are not yet covered by any DLCs. Also, there's no reason not to get them, whatever you place later in your load list will overwrite them. Edit: just checked Mod Organizer. Running a full STEP Extended setup, the Official Hi-Res DLCs still provide more than 8000 individual textures.
  7. My recommendation for a "Vanilla Enhanced" experiment is the STEP Project. They teach you about using the many tools for Skyrim modding, and give you a nice list of fixes and retextures to use as a base.
  8. Your Avatar together with your request for the locations of dead handsome girls is CREEPY mate. That being said, uesp has got you covered.
  9. Did you already get the Advanced Armors perk again?
  10. Alright, assuming a mass of 9x10^-31Kg per electron, how long would it take for you to download a car? :D
  11. Tytanis is pretty old and likely conflicts with a lot of stuff, I've never seen anyone run it alongside Requiem. I'd recommend you check this list and see if you can detect any more outdated mods. Also, do you have the SKSE .ini set up? ENBoost activated?
  12. You can make any Skyrim overhaul as hard as you like by adding more challenging combat mods. The best out-of-the-box experience is Requiem.
  13. Most people start with the Creation Kit Tutorial.
  14. Thanks fo all the time you poured into this community, hope you'll find your balance.
  15. Or, as of today, on Steam.
  16. Simple Magic Overhaul adds a little more tactic to the button-mashing.
  17. Definitely Dynamic Things.
  18. People gave up on dragons with four limbs, apparently it's no small task.
  19. Lol no, the survey says 9% females... Strange, considering how many of our high-profile resident mod authors are female.
  20. 1) There are more Unofficial Patches; one for each DLC, in fact. 2) Your Load Order seems a little messed up, try sorting it with LOOT. After that, start a new playthrough and see if the crashes persist.
  21. I think problems only occur when you use a mod that utilises scripts, and then start your game again with the script files missing (e.g. because you uninstalled the mod). Since you don't change the script files during reinstall, it probably doesn't have any effect. Then again I'm no mod author, and am not in the habit of changing my load order after settling for a playthrough.
  22. I think it'd be safe to open the downloaded archives of mods that need compatibility patches, and look around for a folder that is named accordingly. Most authors should make it easy to recognise which file does what.
  23. For that kind of playthrough I could actually imagine using the Monster Mod (Nexus version). These beasts are so... outlandish and unfitting, they could easily be the product of some "conjunction of Spheres" thing. Vanilla? Dragon Priests, Vampires, Wispmothers, Ice Wraiths, all kind of Undead... Gameplay-wise, limit the spells you use to variations of Fire spells, Wards, Illusion, and Unrelenting Force. You'll want something that makes Alchemy more useful; for that specific scenario I'd say go for GrimyBumpy's Battle Alchemy.
  24. In general, Bretons. One of the Pocket Guides even says that being a "Knight" and going "Questing" is sort of fashionable for young noble Bretons. Requiem is another beast, though. Either take Breton and choose an alternate start mod that allows you to ramp up your relevant skills before you have to venture out into the wilderness, or use an Imperial, they're cut to be Crusaders or Paladins. That being said, my mace-wielding Redguard in Requiem was one of the most fun no-magic playthroughs ever.
  25. Of the ones listed here? Galerion. Over all? Ebon-Arm or Uriel Spetim VII.
