Yeah, my character doesn't get along too well with legion sympathizers; most of those conversations are a bust. On the other hand, she is she has racked up many speech points by reading every copy of Lying, Congressional Style, while also keeping abreast of the latest issues of Meeting People. So there have been many situations she could talk herself out of even when the odds were stacked against her. Speaking of foxes, do you have this fox in your game? I found that awhile back, seems like your character might get along with her. nope, the fox part was a joke, but the gun part... that s#*! is serious.

go to nifskope, copy the silencer from lilys carbine onto a marksman carbine, go back to the geck, and change the weapon sound to a silenced varmint rifle, or bb gun firing, i cant remember. thats the simple way, oh dont forget to re-locate it to the end of the barrel.

there are lots of old fashion guns on new vegas nexus, my favorite gun being the Lewis Gun (world war 1 era MG used by US and UK). i though the Maxim MG would be a bad ass gun for new vegas to go with the retro-future theme. maybe the ammo could be .308 rounds if its powerful, or 5mm if its slightly stronger than the minigun. http://www.lonesentry.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/maxim-light-machine-gun-mg08-15.jpg

for more difficult enemies, try project nevada, adjust the npc's endurance to 50, and their endurance multiplier to 50 via the mod menu. they will be more difficult, such as powder gangers having from 900-1200 hit points, or any npc in general. but if your just looking for new quest, try some quest mods. beyond boulder dome is a good one, it has different way you can play, and several side quest.

Me and My Cat are the main characters of this game. this is what my character looks like most of the time. i have very evil karma, i help the legion, i use any weapon i want to, i always wear the armor seen in the pic, and my character always has a rough beard with the punked hairstyle, and my character is always asian. and my cat is my very first (and most loyal) companion, she shows up in doc mitchells house.but i preffer hard mode, and i always set the npcs endurance and endurance multi to max. the armor i use is talon company armor, a slave collar (i always thought they looked cool) talon company combat helmet, cat skull design eyepatch. the weapons i use is what ever weapons im in the mood for, sometimes im in a sniper mood, somtimes im in a melee weapon mood. My cats name is Krystal the Kitten, she is a cute kitty, but, make her mad, and she will rip you to shreds, she is usually the first one to attack enemies. krystal the kitten is the mutant cat standing next to me. mutant cats are on beyond boulder dome. krystal the kitten is NOT on the mod, i made her in the geck using the mods master file. she is invulnerable, so she can not take damage. you may think my character looks weak, but he hunts deathclaws with a shovel, just for fun. he kills anyone he wants to kill. he doesnt care about anyone but himself, the legion, Beyond Boulder Dome characters, and his companions (Krystal, Willow, J.T., General. mine are Beyond Boulder Dome (Very Detailed and well done), Willow, New Vegas Bounties (Good voice acting, and a good challenge) boulder dome is the best in my opinion (spoiler:in the catacombs theres a cat, he can be a companion after you recruit deadpan)

KittenFromRussia I was looking over your mod to see if it's something I wanted to try. You use a lot of beyond boulder dome resources? Did you contact the team/authors to request their use, and they were OK with it? I ask because I want to use the monkeys. yes, i have contacted them, they gave me permission, as long as i give a link to the mod page.

i made a decent house mod. http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/50979//?. it makes the el rey motel office into a player house with a weapon locker, ammo locker, armor locker, medical locker, 2 crafting lockers (1 for crafting 1 for junk). normally, you have to do challenges, but just use console commands on the door. the most updated version is the boulder dome edition, the vanilla edition has been cancelled. but there are still downloads for it.

your on nexus and asking about vanilla game weapons? theres tons of weapon mods, and theres tons of quest mods, there really isnt any need in asking to be level 50 without trying them out, you should try project nevada or classic fallout weapons. and for quest mods, new vegas bounties, or willow, or whatever you like. just find a mod you like.

you have to remove her shotgun, then add the weapon of your choice. same with armor.
