Sloan, i made a bunker similar to raven rock in the quarry, i chose sloan because its my favorite town, i even made a mod that adds defenses.

do you feel like theres a small town or settlement that needs to be expanded. if so you can request me to upgrade it, add new buildings, a player house, tell me the what theme the town should be, or i can even create a new town if you find an empty space, they will usually be bug-free, but this is new vegas. i use the Las Vegas motto for my mods, "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas." technically, dont upload to other sites, or dont port them to other games. you can modify them and upload them once im finished, without permission, but you have to credit me. i really dont have strict rules for my mods. my first town expansion was sloan expanded.

i made alcohol items as a weapon mod just recently.

thanks, im going to modifiy the zeta space suit and add the backpack. modify the texture (add the U.S. flag, make it white, keep the gloves grey. etc) although i wont upload it, it will be for personal use.

its close enough, but you cant upload it, theres rules against porting content from official content from other games. http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/377405-porting-content-from-other-games/ although, it would look more realistic if someone added the backpack (other than clipping issues)
